I think this company would find great benefit to offering a website and furthermore offering automatic payments on that website. Otherwise, one must pay quarterly via, cash, check or money order. It's 2019 guys, your competitors are all doing this. They offer free curbside recycling which I really like and they stagger the pickup of recycling and regular trash. The price for service is pretty dang cheap and there are no additional charges for the cans. I have not actually received their services yet, however, I have heard great things from most of the folks we have talked to out there. I'll update this after a few months of service.

Between him and the lovely lady who called after this review was originally posted I would say they are a good quality company. Kenny was just a poor representation of the company. I will reiterate they were cost friendly. Original review- Hands down would not recommend this company especially if Kenny shows up at your door. I decided to use this service for the first time because they were reasonable on price. However Kenny the technician was over an hour an 10 minutes late for the initial show time frame. Then in addition to that he took over 5 hours to complete 3 rooms and a stair case. The guy appeared to be on some sort of drug. He claimed he was being thorough and talked the company up extensively. However the truth is he left several marks on our walls with his equipment being knocked around in addition to putting tiny holes through it in some places. In addition to that he went into rooms we asked him to stay out of looking for God knows what. The carpet was also left with some stiffness and a film which we were told wouldn't happen with the chemicals they used. Save yourself the hassle of having your whole day taken up and additional damage done to your house and choose another service.

Imagine my surprise when I call home on my lunch break at noon to hear it's not been picked up. I call them to get told their trucks broke down. I pointed out they had more than 1 truck. I'm told their pick up trash but can't get mattress until following day. I get home from work trash is still on lawn. Call a 2nd time to be made to fell like I'm the problem. How dare I want the trash removed from my lawn?!? They finally picked up the trash later that night. Tuesday morning, mattress still on lawn. I call, another run around. I call, told she can't help it if the drivers don't do what she tells them to do. What??? No apologies, rude, unprofessional.
