A month later, I had still not received my 2019 refund that was supposed to be mailed as a paper check. June 21, I go back to check on my my refund status for 2019. The clerk had a very nasty attitude (most of the staff have attitudes) and said I should call the IRS. I called the IRS on June 27. It turns out that whoever prepared my taxes did not include my apartment number and didn't even bother to ask me for it. Now, the IRS has to put a trace on my check and I have to wait an additional 6 weeks for my refund. As of yet, I have not received my 2021 refund either. Not only will I not use their very unprofessional services again, but if anyone asks, I'll tell them to stay the hell away from Burns Rodriguez and associates!!!

Sent PDF to a different CPA my Son recommended. HE found 2 big errors. Cost ME $250 plus the $275 I paid Patricia. She is a nice Lady but not TO ME efficient. Maybe takes on too much work. Have gone to 3 other CPA's over the years. An appointment meant they would complete my taxes THAT day not 5-6 weeks later. She wants ME to tell her the mistakes she made.
