We went in to look for some planters my mom had recently picked up here for a nice price and I wanted to go back to see if they had any more available. To my sadness, I was unable to locate any additional planter sets like the ones my mom had picked up, but not to worry, there is so much more here to find! First off, allow yourself at least 30-45 minutes to get through this store if it's your first visit. There is so much to see and great items throughout the entire store. You can pick up anything from outdoor furniture to bakeware, from pergolas to mirrors. Second, be cautious about what you put in the basket. There were several items which were very difficult to decipher the pricing. They have a bunch of tiki torches and I wanted to pick some up for around our patio but there was no pricing. By the time my husband was able to find someone to help him get a price, I had moved on to another part of the store and we forgot to go back to get the very well priced torches for $2.99 a piece. He's going back tomorrow to grab them for us before they're gone! Last, it's very easy to get caught up in how pretty some of the items are but frankly some items we're severely overpriced. I used my self control (which was not easy!) however we got out of here for less than $60 and picked up some beautiful plant stands, some absolutely adorable indoor/outdoor pillows for our patio furniture for $7 a piece and a few solar lanterns for a decent price if you ask me. It's nice that solar items are starting to come down in pricing!! My favorite part of our trip was at the checkout. We walked up to get in line behind a lady and her two boys in the cart. The younger kiddo was kinda whining but not annoying...just being a kid. Turns out he wanted candy!!! I told him I wanted some candy too, I totally understood his pain. By the time we were about done checking out ourselves, we had a woman behind us with her little lady beginning to beg for candy too. We just laughed because evidently, product placement is everything!

Opened the pool this year and it is leaking around the main drain and sand has sunken in around the drain and the 2 spots. one year old and now have to spend 2,500 to replace the liner, if I could give then 0 stars I would, no interest in any customer service, once you pay they are done with you. Beware and go elsewhere, if you have an issue they have no interest in you anymore as they already took your money. Update: Rick responded and blamed the main drain leak on a cracked pipe, of course it's leaking around the outside of installation not the direction of the pipe and not from the pipe and the 2 spots have now sunken into the ground, how is that from chemicals on top as he says? Just excuses and never bothered to ask or look at the issue.

Text at 6:06 a.m. this morning: "TODAY'S THE DAY! Your merchandise is out for delivery & estimated to arrive between 09:45 AM - 12:45 PM." 1:00 comes and goes. Nothing. 2:00 comes and goes. Nothing. 2:45, I text back yesterday's text that invited questions. "Where are you." Response: You are schedule for tomorrow. Wait, I was scheduled for today and I have the texts to prove it.; Response: Delivery scheduled: May 21, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The tracking link provided DOES NOT WORK. As I continue to wait to get an update, I get: 2:49 p.m.: "I'm sorry to inform you that the item could not be delivered today due to an unforeseen situation at the warehouse." Offer to reschedule for next week on the 27th, 28th, 29th, or 30th. But WHY has it been delayed? Why didn't anybody call me. Been sitting around since 9:45 [due to this morning's text] and now it's FIVE HOURS LATER and 2 hours past the latest time promised. I should get a discount, right? Ummm, we can't give you a discount until after we deliver the chair and then we can "evaluate the entire situation further."
