    AMBAR, assisted us with three different upgrades! She was knowledgeable, timely, she knew how to multitask like a pro, patient, relatable to us as humans, and she was very kind to my sons and I which I appreciate. Nowadays, it's like you have to beg or pay for great service anywhere you go, but not with her! She was amazing! Go see her soon!

    We came here after a few near by AT&T stores didn't have actual functioning phones, just like dummy phones that don't work. We come in and it's empty so no wait or anything. We were paired with I assume Ryan G based on my receipt (screen shot). After being told what phones we were looking at he immediately went from smiles and friendly to trying to talk my husband out of the purchase or to go for a "better" phone. When he finally made his decision he kept shaking his head and saying "oh I wouldn't do it", "No one buys that phone" and other off comments about the whole thing. My husband doesn't use his phone much especially with work from home and wanted a smaller device, the sales man kept trying to push the pro series. I get they work off commission but trying to talk someone into a 450 upgrade they clearly don't want isn't helpful or warranted the way he went about it. Then when asked about colors, made fun of/laughed the colors my husband like and said "yeah I don't like those, why don't you at least get this color". Complained about the time it would take to do a phone transfer when back up wasn't working on his current phone. The manager? That was on shift would make faces like "what are you saying!?" But never stepped in. Over all the entire process was very unprofessional and will be going to a different AT&T store from now on. We are new to the area and this store has pretty okay reviews on google but I wish I checked Yelp.

    Cory was extremely professional and helpful. I called on the phone to make sure they had the item…read more(the other stores swore it was a special order). They had one left. Cory held if for me and I zipped right over. Cory added the item to my plan, and set it up in no time.

    I planned to switch from Sprint to ATT and went online to att.com. Via chat rep, I chose a plan and…read morewanted to make sure a local store had the phones I wanted. I called the Tennessee St. store and the sales rep promised to wave activation fees and give me a better deal if I came in the store. So, I went to the store and signed up for the business plan and a trade-in promo. That was in June 2020. One month after receiving new Att phones and trading in Sprint phones I was charged 4 activation fees. Had to call 1800# and tell them I was told activation fees were waived. Took 3 different transfers to take off fees. Then I received letters, in July/August, stating I wasn't qualified for the promo I signed up for. The letters contained gift cards for $60, less than 1/10 of the promo that I signed up for. I have spoken with online reps more than 6xs, been in store 4xs, spoke to store Managers via phone 6xs, and provided documentation via text 3xs. I was told a regional manager would contact me with a resolution in August. Still no contact as of 9/29. The crazy thing is every time I call 1800# to see if adjustments have been made, they send me a survey. And every time I rate them a 1 and when the survey asks why I send them this same text. I just update the date and amount of times I've contacted them. Still no contact. They have my money and phone numbers and don't care to rectify the issue. Wish I would have paid $40 more a month and went with Verizon.
