Then another person came from the back he had a customer waiting he dealt with his customer and walked back to the back. Didn't say may I help you or anything. OK, so I just sat there patiently on my phone on Temu scrolling. It was 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged I was in the store. Mind you I only went in there to get a replacement screen protector. Nobody greeted me. Nobody stopped what they were doing to greet a customer, that's insane and for that I'm giving this T-Mobile one star only because the door wasn't locked and I was able to get my screen protector replaced. They deserve zero. Customer service is everything! It sets the tone for the experience. I don't even remember the young man's name because he didn't remember to say "Hi, Welcome to T-Mobile, I'll be right with you." That's all he had to say and do, but I didn't get that EXPERIENCE at T-Mobile in Orange, Texas. He played his part like he was trained to do when he finally acknowledged me and offered to put my screen protector on, I politely declined... point is he still didn't greet me when I walked through the door so the tone was already set for the EXPERIENCE! Go to the T-Mobile in Nederland right across from Central Mall, ask for David Boyd, excellent customer service! He made me feel valued, my EXPERIENCE there was welcoming. I think I'll take my phone back to him and let him out the screen protector on But this is my review and I'm sticking to it..

I can't understand why L.C. really needs two Office Depot locations, every time I happen to shop here I can do a headcount on my fingers...including employees. This is probably because I usually am here after 10:00am, when all good secretaries and teachers are working and not shopping. But let me tell you, if you need some organization, home or business office supplies, desks, bookcases, or chairs this is the place to be. For electronics, I'd rather deal with Best Buy, but Office Depot has a nice selection. I believe they will print out posters and such advertising for you which is a bonus. They had friendly customer service, but I like to just shop the aisles and see whats up. Prices were so-so. A-OK

This place makes great glasses! They have a lab on the premises and can process most glasses…read moreanywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. No one else in town has an on-site lab! My glasses wound up being a special order due to the type of lens I wear and when it came back, we found out the doctor I went to wrote me the wrong Rx. Thanks to the scratch/UV protection I got, lens are covered and reordered with the correct Rx this time, no hassle! Can't wait to get my new glasses! There is a one year warranty on frames and scratch protection covers lenses for one year as well. Go check them out!
