It's a small office but they usually have what you want in Stock. IPhone, Samsung, the latest 2 models, a basic flip phone, home security, Internet, tablets. A million cases but only for the latest models. Parking is decent. Prices are outrageous. It's always very busy, but I just found out you can call ahead to make an appointment. I'll try that the next time I want to drop nearly 2 grand on phones and accessories. read more

A salesperson greeted me at the door and I told him I was having trouble making and receiving calls with my phone. He started tapping the keys and said I must have blocked the number I was calling (i didn't, I was not able to call out to any number) He called my phone and it worked. I told him I wanted to buy a new phone, He checked me in, pointed to the prepaid phones and said go look at them and I will be right with you. He turned to another customer that walked in and began checking them in. I went to look at the phones and immediately turned to see where the salesperson was because none of the phones were working, they were not even charged and not what I was looking for. He was helping the other customer who was purchasing a contract phone and I was left standing there. After about 10 min I approached another salesperson at the door and asked him if he could help me. He said he would check me in and I told him I was checked in. He said we have to take the customers in order. I explained to him that I was there first and the salesperson that checked me in walked away from me and was helping the person that came in behind us. I am assuming there must be a bonus for a contract phone and I was just prepaid. Went to Best Buy and got a great deal on a better phone than what AT&T offered for prepaying. I found out that any phone would work for prepaying. When I got home, however, my phone was not working. When I called Customer service I found that there was an outage in my area. Worst experience we have EVER had with an AT&T store. Went in with 1.5 hours to spare. Spent the entire time as the #1 next up on the list. Watched 3 employees go on break with 1.5 hours until closing and 6 people behind us on the list. Very disappointed and going to Enid tomorrow to do what I need done! read more

All I wanted to do was buy one of the glass phone cover cases but there was about 40 people standing around not being helped ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes without even a "hey we'll be right with you" or anything. Awful customer service! Maybe they need to keep more people on staff then the 4-5 people there but something needs to give. read more

Terrible! Always having issues with cable and internet. Customer service do not help resolve any issues and the Wi-Fi constantly drops. Cell crevice is the only halfway decent thing they offer. Don't waste your time. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Waited 45 minutes before leaving. 30 minutes later got a text saying we were next. Four employees spent 45 minutes with the same four customers without resolving their problems? One employee spent the 45 minutes texting on his cell phone instead of helping customers. Two more would emerge from the back if the store periodically, look around, then retreat to the back again. Don't waste your time! UPDATE Went back today and had a TOTALLY different experience! Went into the store twice and got nothing done. The first worker told me he couldn't get into my account. After calling AT&T, I got into the account and went back. The second worker, Joshua, was very rude and told me to leave. Finally got my problem solved with customer service over the phone. read more

You can spend hours waiting in line here, while at least 2 employees wander around the store doing nothing and there are 8 customers waiting, and never get waited on, if you can do some other mobile service, I would strongly advise it!!!! read more

I had an issue with my iphone 6 GPS apps, and I went there to check if they can help me. One of the staff said they do not handle issues with apple devices!(Why the hell you are selling those then?). and he said the manager can explain what should I do. I agreed and we went to a lady (Megan), supposedly the manager!, and shockingly she refused to talk to me. She was literally 2 feet away from me and just chatting with another staff. The AT&T Store at Hall of Fame and Perkins Road, Stillwater, should be avoided unless you want your data plan changed without your knowledge. I've had an unlimited data plan with the monolith since the '90s. I went in to the store to buy a new phone but decided against it when the representative was less than forthcoming about the trade-in option. He initially said my existing phone was worth $125 "dollars" but he added the words "in store credit" five minutes later as I was signing the two-year contract. I said that was a deal breaker, he said okay, and I left. Now I find my data plan has been changed to a 3GB/month. AT&T Customer Support is correcting this and was very helpful but it's going to take a week. This shouldn't have happened. read more

Terrible customer service! Every time we go into this store for help they tell us that their is nothing they can do for us. They told us that we needed to call the customer service line to resolve our problems. When we were signing up for cable (we already had internet) the representative ignored what we wanted and signed us up for something that was more expensive. We were also informed that our bill would be way less then what it actually turned out to be. read more
