A visit to the AT&T Store on Richmond Avenue was very satisfactory as I brought a friend there to…read moreswitch her mobile phone service to AT&T. She had a new phone that had to be activated and also requested that all of her data be transferred to the new phone. Customer Service Representative JD handled the whole affair with expertise, diligence and extreme patience as this customer had a great amount of data and she had many, many questions during the time it took to complete all of this. He is to be commended for his work. Thank You

The worst customer service…read more Brought an iPhone case. Rep told me she will email me the receipt instead of printing one. Wasn't planning on returning it. A week later came back in to return it but told them they never emailed me the receipt. Rep that sold it to me, was flabbergasted and said if she did the transaction there is no way I would not have gotten it. She tells me there is nothing she can do and I can only trade it in with another useless expensive case. I already told to a AT&T rep at another store as well as online and they both told me that they should be able to accommodate or if anything find the transaction if I had bank statements and the date and time of the transaction. She was getting offended that I told her this info and she was acting extremely unprofessional and needs a lesson on customer service. I don't believe any of them care about this yelp site but I will be escalating this further due to my dissatisfaction

It's dumb that they don't divide up what customers come in for what. There's no reason I should…read morewait 20 minutes because someone is opening up a phone or something elsel. Meanwhile I'm just here to DROP SOMETHING OFF. Like why can't I just drop off my item and go. I also think they need workers that are more knowledgeable because it shouldn't take 20 minutes to explain to a customer why they should choose spectrum like what the hell is this. Also since when do so many people come inside to pay their bill?? I assumed everyone paid it online, would save some time if people realized we are in 2025 and coming into a store to pay your bill is stupid and makes no difference than it being taken out of a bank account because from what I see everyone still pays with their card anyway. Edit : I'm still here 30 min later and i'm realizing the workers are sitting here conversating with the customers rather than doing what the customer came in for and moving onto the next guest. Like everyone knows older people love to talk so if they're over talking , proceed to do WHAT THEY CAME IN FOR !! NOT CONVERSE ABOUT PERSONAL LIFE

In today's fast-paced environment, encountering just 1 or 2 bars on your mobile device, indicating…read morepoor service, is simply unacceptable. With countless mobile service providers clamoring for attention, it's imperative to recognize the dominant players in the cellular market: Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Verizon leads the pack with the fastest speed and best coverage, followed by AT&T with decent speed and coverage. T-Mobile, unfortunately, falls short in comparison. My situation led me to ditch AT&T, where I was shelling out over $200 for 3 lines of service, in favor of Spectrum's unbeatable deal. For the first year, I would only pay $50 for three lines with taxes included. Spectrum, powered by Verizon, offers top-notch service. After the first year, the price remains fixed at $90, but there's a catch - you must have existing internet service with Spectrum to qualify for the offer. My journey began at the Spectrum store at the Staten Island Mall (Target), where I encountered friendly and helpful staff. iPad-carrying Mike, logged me in and briefly inquired as to my visit. Shortly thereafter, Justin patiently explained the promotion, even recommending that Spectrum pay off my current cellular provider's contract if I switched. The terms were crystal clear: Stick with Spectrum for a year and receive a Visa Debit card for the payout. After giving it some thought, I returned to the store and met with Devon, who (for the next 2 hours) very patiently explained everything and I think we sort of bonded over our mutual love of video games. Additionally, the manager called to inform me of a waived activation fee as a thank-you for choosing Spectrum. Over the next few days, service will activate and I can finally close my AT&T account and enter a whole new world of great price and awesome service.
