Based on 2 of 3 yelp reviews which were extremely poor, I almost decided not to try this store. I'm glad I decided otherwise. I am new to Fort Knox and wasn't sure where to go. I received excellent customer service by a very helpful young woman (I didn't catch her name) when I walked in, looking to transfer my iPhone 4 service to my unused Phone 5 (yeah, yeah...I know, but anyway). She was knowledgeable, fast, AND helpful. The ultimate triple threat combo for good customer service, right? The store was clean and appealing looking. I stopped in randomly on a Sunday; online hours said the store opened at 12:00 and I walked through the door at 12:09 to find two employees waiting for customers, so I don't know what the previous issues with opening hours were all about but they seemed to get worked out. I made a mental note to leave a positive review after my experience but when I got online today I noticed this store does rate 4.5 of 5 stars on other forums, so be mindful of the influence that two disgruntled people have on this store's reputation. in the yelp community Overall excellent experience. read more

The best service I've gotten from an AT&T store ever. The reps are so helpful and I would definitely recommend this store to everyone. I used to go to E-Town store but they are always so busy and not very helpful at all. read more
