I was paired with the guy named Alex and he seemed genuinely happy to help me. Sadly Alex did the opposite. I wanted to get the new iPhone 12 Pro Max but since they weren't out yet he told me it would be BEST to just lease the iPhone 12 and wait until the pro max comes out. He said and I quote "Once it drops you'll be able to come in and trade this one back in" IT WAS A LIE AND HE KNEW THIS! I'm assuming they get some type of commission if they sell the newest iPhones so he just scammed me into buying this phone. I'm now stuck with paying it off INCLUDING the screen protector AND phone case. If I did decide to get a new phone I will still be forced to pay the remaining balance off on this phone and the accessories! That's completely ridiculous and so evil of him to do. I don't recommend this location AT ALL! They clearly know NOTHING about how things work with the company they work for. I know to do more research myself before stepping foot in another establishment so this is just a lesson. It's still completely disgusting the way he stood there and lied in my face about being able to trade this phone in with no problems. Just gross!

They told me it was heavily infested, and there was likely damage. They assured me I was in good hands, and were able to repair my Xbox and clean out all the roaches. Both gentlemen there (can't remember your names, I'm sorry) were honest, kind, professional, and communicative throughout the repair. They charged a very fair price considering the amount of work they had to do to get it cleaned and fixed, and they did so quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough, this has to be the best electronics repair shop in the Orlando area. These guys really are the best, and if you need something like a video game console repaired, this is where you want to take it!

Sam in the store told me face to face multiple times that I "would receive an $830 no matter the condition of my trade in" at the time of sale. My new phone was ordered and a couple days later I went back into the store where Enrique the manager told me I would only receive $500 credit Enrique the manager told me to call ATT customer service, which I did in the store, where I spent 23 minutes trying to "verify my identity" over the phone. I am listed on the business account as an authorized user, Kim with customer service said she could not help me at all due to not being able to verify my identity, even though I was in the store with a manager who had already verified my identity. Bottom line I was told one thing and nobody is willing to fulfill what I was told. So it was very easy for them to tell me what I wanted to hear, and very easy for them to take my money, but very difficult apparently to do what they said they're going to do. At this point, I plan to look for a new provider. AT&T and ALLIANCE MOBILE have put a terrible taste in my mouth and I DO NOT under any circumstances recommend doing business with not only AT&T, but more specifically this ALLIANCE MOBILE AT&T WIRELESS store at 2305 Edgewater Dr E in Orlando.
