As long term AT & T customer, I will say that this is the worst store that I have ever visited. I came in to look at different phones. The salesman told me that he could get my wife and I new phones and service at a cost similar to what I was paying just for myself. We did this however, several weeks later our bill was astronomical. We were told there would be several charges in the beginning but that they would decrease. But, after receiving this bill I found that there were charges that were applied that I did not agree to for example, insurance. I decided to drive there, which was an hour away to clear this up. Jose looked up my account but cannot tell me anything about my charges. How could this be when this was purchased at your store? There were other inexplicable charges that the staff could not explain. I tried to speak several times with the manager who was either out of town or just didn't care and did not call me back. After talking with a person by the name of José several times, who never called back, I was told that the manager Kelli would call me. That did not happen. When I called back I was told that I would have to talk to the area manager Megan and that she will call me. That never happened.
The service that I received was uncaring, unconcerned, and unprofessional. Just a bunch of lackadaisical folks sitting around on their cell phones, waiting on the clock to indicate that they can go home. I would not advise going to this store. Or, believing anything they tell you. If you do, document who you talk to and get a copy of your transactions. read more
