We now have a letter stating the battery swelled due to improperly installing a new screen with inferior parts, causing the phone to completely shut down. I now have to take him to small claims court, which I will, for the original $266.56 + the cost of a replacement phone that he destroyed. Mark was working, and he said there was nothing he could do because I needed to have my phone with me so he could send a text.
