I'm in the technology business ... and I'm a Dad with three other phones on my plan…read more TT hooked my family up with Page Plus Cellular originally. We use Verizon phones that are off contract and they work great. The prices are roughly half what Verizon charges and the service and coverage is exactly the same. TT has also repaired Android and Apple phone for me and my friends on several occasions. I've referred dozens of people to him over the years. He started as a booth, basically, but his business has grown significantly. He's still located in the Newark Farmer's Market, just past the checkout lines. He's a remarkable man -- speaks English, Spanish, Hindi and perhaps one or two more languages. Wait times may be an issue if you go during lunch or after work. It's not unusual to see him working with 2-3 customers at once, doing a repair, testing a device, setting up new service... Go with an open mind and a measure of patience and you'll be fine.

I went into the shop Monday afternoon, only to find out they didn't have it, but would order it and have it the next day. I went in Tuesday, and the employee told me the screen wouldn't be delivered until about 4:15 PM that afternoon. I said I would return Wednesday. Wednesday at 10:15 AM - the screen still hadn't been delivered, but delivery was expected by 11:15 AM (FedEx!). I then called at 12:30 PM and still no delivery. Finally got a call around 1:45PM that the screen had arrived. Technician replaced the screen in about one hour. Final repair cost was $10 less than a competitor. Guessing the delivery problem was with FedEx, but recommend contacting them ahead of time to verify they have the parts and equipment on hand to actually repair your phone or computer.

We were greeted by a customer sales associate(Merari) who explained the Cricket promotional deal towards a new smart phone. Her well-spoken mannerism and excellent product knowledge is the main reason we've decided to purchase our upgraded phones and in addition include accessories. She really took the time to explain how each of our phones works( ZTE Grand X Max Plus & ZTE Grand X); and during the activation process we all initiated small talk where she kept her level of professionalism above-average! This will be our new location because our sales associate made it a pleasant experience for us; and comfortable one, too. Her recommendations for a nearby eatery was absolutely incredible and not to mention her co-workers also delivered excellent customer service while observing patrons entering the store. Please keep up the "Great Job" and kudos to the management team for hiring customer-oriented employee's for this location.

He brought in a picture of a 6-prong Tiffany's setting which they made perfectly out of platinum. They also went to NYC to find the exact quality diamond that he requested. The price was probably 1/2 of the national chains (Zales, Jared's, Kay's) when we compared the size & quality--this worked out in my favor as my fiance was able to upgrade another 0.25 carats =) The owners also guided him in creating a matching wedding band which we did not put as much thought into--but it's also BEAUTIFUL. Really happy that we went with a trusted, small retailer and getting a completely customized ring instead of simply picking out something from a display case in the mall.
