Ms. Paula and Mr. Chester were absolutely pleasant to speak to and did their very best to come up with a solution for Cricket's poorly managed customer service and their lack of consideration toward people who are indigent. We found out through Lifeline that they had no record of me in their program though I was signed up through the very same program in 2012 in AZ and had been continuously paying this plan ever since. Mrs. Gilliam and Mr. Russell began working immediately to give me the best resolution available. By passing just a little while in this store, I was able to get re-approved into ACP (since Texas is one of the three states that refuses to recognize Lifeline) and get a monthly credit that wiped out the cell phone bill I'd been paying all through COVID.
