If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I traded in my phone as well as my fiancé phone for new phones. Then about two weeks later I traded in both my girls phones for new phones as well. All 4 phone were traded in at the Live Oak store and was told every phone with receive $700 for the trade in. I have had nothing but issues with the phones, the service and the trade in credits I should be getting on my bill since. I finally thought the issues was resolved after 8 months of fighting with them about it but guess again... I got my bill and the trade in promotion credit on my fiancé's phone once again is still not on the bill. I am so tired of dealing with this but they are not gonna get our trade in phone for free.. all 4 phones traded in were the iPhone SX Max and we got 4 iPhone 12 max pros... I have the proof of the trade ins yet they can't get their shit together. They are the ones that gave me the proof!!! I just was this to be fixed. Once these phones are paid off I will be going to Verizon, which in fact will be about $200 or more cheaper than what I'm paying for AT&T.... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!! Will never refer to this company again!!!!! read more

History

Established in 1876.

AT&T has been in the technology business since--well, since the invention of the telephone in 1876. Ever since then, we've grown our company and found new ways to connect people to what they love. Along the way, we've invented or pioneered the use of all kinds of technologies: rotary phones, TV, mobile phones, transistors, transatlantic and transpacific cables, communication satellites, touchtone service, the 911 emergency number, the Unix programming language, fiber optic networks, VoIP service, and more. Today, we're a world leader in communications, media and entertainment, and technology. Now that we've acquired both DIRECTV and Time Warner, we're building a truly modern media company that will create the best entertainment and communications experiences in the world.

I've gotta say, I was drowning in dread before walking into this store. AT&T visits usually leave me frustrated, but Anthony totally flipped the script! He went above and beyond, getting me set up when others couldn't. The whole process was smooth, and we had great convos. He's my guy now - if you're dealing with AT&T, ask for Anthony! read more

They carry a large selection of Cricut and Silhouette supplies and a huge selection of Farmhouse/Industrial decor. They all but called me a liar about the clearance items pricing and would not send anyone to check the prices even though I told them there were multiples of everything I was buying stI'll on the 90% OFF clearance shelf. I wound up getting two of the clearance items only out of the ten or more I had. These ladies were rude and lazy and humiliated and embarrassed me in front of the entire check out area full of people. I would not recommend HOBBY LOBBY ever again - no one deserves to be treated so disrespectfully when shopping at a retail store.
