had a screen replaced a month a 2 days ago and screen started to mess up came back and the guy said…read morethat he could not do anything for me except for replacing the screen again for 10 dollars cheaper. then he tells me they dont offer any type of warranty since they are after market parts. they claim they use premium quality parts. but the quality parts they use fail after a month. then he tells me it depends on what screen was installed. i was never given an option on what screen they could install. he said only thing he could do is install another screen and knock 10 off. so he is telling me if this screen fails again after a month i would have to pay another 65. so i would have to invest 65 every month. i did check the phone when i picked it up and it did work but usually things dont tend to mess up until after a while of usage. yes the price is reasonable but quality is questionable. i did say i would go back for future repairs but after this i dont think so.

Perfect place for phone repair not far from my home! I dropped my iPhone and it cracked horribly! I…read morefeared going to the Apple Store due to the price! Luckily a friend mentioned this place and so I thought.... why not?! It's close, no long lines and they were open late so I didn't have to track across town in traffic. It's a small locally owned business connected to a gas station. I almost missed it. It's kind of hidden amongst window posters of phones and cell service things. Mr. Vo the shop keeper was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Plus the price was even more fantastic- I have taken iPad, iPhone and an iPod - my kiddos are clumsy.... he usually takes a few hours and once just 30 min! They also sell phones, cases and other accessories at a good price and they have cell service there too. Great guy - would definitely go back!

So disappointed with the service at the Cypress Creek Pkwy location. I went and got my screen…read morerepaired about 3 months ago and the worker at the time told me that it had a year warranty on the screen, even with the back glass of my phone being cracked. So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The glass hasn't cracked anymore than it was before because we bought an otterbox case for it when the screen was repaired. If you go get your phone repaired here make sure they explain the warranty correctly the first time.
