I do prefer this location to others since it is located in City Centre and is spacious and clean. I was rather upset with the customer service that I was received recently. I walked in and noticed all 3 employees on floor was assisting another customer. So I just stood to the side patiently waiting. Then I proceeded to have a seat at a table. This whole time, (around 15 minutes) not one single associate even acknowledged me. I completely understand they are helping another client, but they didn't even bother let me know "someone will be with you" or "give us a moment". What really ticked me off the edge was the fact AFTER one associate was done assisting a elder Caucasian lady, the associate went straight to the back office. Then a couple minutes later the second associate did the exact same thing after assisting another younger Caucasian lady. Again, did not even acknowledge me. Trust me. I made sure they saw I was there and kept looking at them. I even saw another new associate poke his face in the window and looked at me. Finally I had enough and had to cut into the last associate there, asking if he could let his coworkers know I have been waiting to be helped. Not sure if it's because I'm younger or that fact I am a minority so they just wanted me to get impatient and leave. But as a paying AT&T customer, it would've been nice to be acknowledged. They didn't even apologize for the wait when they did come back. The associates that didn't want to help me did have the knowledge of the information that I needed. Therefore I am giving a extra star. However, did not appreciate the service. I was going to upgrade my phone that day, but after being so upset I decided to hold off. read more

I hesitated about going to this store because of the reviews. I should have heeded the warnings. I selected a new phone and some additional things, but the sales person couldn't proceed setting up the new phone because the security feature had to be off an hour. We agreed on when I'd return. When I did return, I was told that person wasn't there. I asked when he'd return, and Mohamed kind of laughed and said maybe 30 or 45 minutes...not sure. I asked if someone else could help me, and he said, "Maybe," again kind of laughing. I sat down to wait. Two more customers walked in, and he helped both. When he could tell I was growing frustrated, he came over and asked about the security feature and asked to see my phone. I slid it across the table. He said, "You're being rude; I don't help rude people" and walked away. He has a strange behavior...seems to think everything is funny. After almost an hour, I finally asked to see the manager. Ashley defended Mohamed, but she did get my things the first sales person had put back. I grew concerned about the time needed to make the transfer to the new phone. I had spent 4 hours going back and forth and waiting in the store for service with nothing accomplished. Kareem had a rude tone and was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. He had no knowledge of how to solve my issue I was experiencing and did not make any efforts to accommodate me. I am a new customer to AT&T I've only been with the company 4 days and because of this experience I am ending my contract. My phone has not worked properly since the day I got it. He wanted to charge me a restocking fee to get a new phone, despite having the option to waive the fee. I would not recommend coming to this store. read more

When I came in there were 8 customers and 2 employees. The 2 employees were helping 2 customers. The other 6 customers + myself were not greeted, spoken to or added to the queue. 20 minutes after waiting another employee came in. He put all of us (customers) in the work queue and he started helping the first customer. 1 hour later the 2 employees were still helping the exact same people when I first came in. From the time I first arrived to when I left was 1:30 hours. I did not get any help and out of the 6 customers ahead of me in the queue only 1 was being helped. I just went in with a problem with charging my phone. I was barely in the door when someone came to help me. He helped me with a couple of choices of new phones, and then realizing I was having trouble with the charger went over and plugged it in and realized I wasn't waiting long enough for it to come on. Saved my $$ and made my day. One of the fastest services and most helpful employees I've ever had an AT&T store. I'd give him a 10 if I could!! read more

Worst store I've ever been to in my life. After wasting my time for over two hours today and yesterday not including customer service on the phone yesterday. Yesterday after an hour of wasted time to upgrade my phone they tell me just come back tomorrow because we can't process it and the lady that told me that just threw my receipt into my car and left. I come back today and sit for over an hour for them to tell me they can't process it again and that I should just go home and do it online. They wasted my time for two days when I could've just done everything online and I wasn't notified of this. Zero stars! Worst customer service ever. They don't greet you when you walk in. At least the customer know you are aware of their presence in the store. I can see how people get so mad at the "service" but really they are mad about the wait times. I get it... It probably takes at LEAST 20-30 minutes to help each guest depending on what kind of help they need. I know because I sat there for 2 hours yesterday and watched everyone. I went in yesterday and worked with Marcus. I got there right when they opened wanting an insurance replacement for my malfunctioning IPhone 6 Plus. Marcus was very nice, professional and super helpful. He explained all kinds of things to me about my phone, service plans and even helped me backup my phone in the store. He told me I was eligible for an upgrade so I could do that for free instead of pay the insurance deductible to replace my old phone. I happily agreed and picked my new phone... An iPhone 6 S Plus in another color. Only problem was they didn't have the color I needed in stock and the nearest one was at the AT&T store about 10 minutes away. I was already mentally preparing myself to have to drive over there to get it (which I didn't mind doing), however, before I could get up Marcus said he would be right back because he was going to get it from the other location. I was blown away that he drove all the way over there just to get a phone for me!! As I sat there waiting for him to get back, I had some more time to watch everyone in the store. Everyone that worked there seemed to be very helpful and positive. The employees worked well as a team and most EVEN HOLD THE DOOR OPEN FOR YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE! I thought that was a trip! In a good way... I ended up not getting the phone because the system was down and the inventory transfer wasn't showing up in the system. I told Marcus I'd return in the morning to get it and left WITHOUT the phone yet completely happy. My experience at AT&T was surprisingly great and I didn't even get anything. BRAVO!! read more

I wish I would have previously seen the low rating for AT&T in general. It's been an unbelievably horrific experience. Stay away from AT&T. Their mobile service today 1/7/19 is by far the worst. Our former provider was Verizon, great but pricey. But looking back I'd rather we never left. AT&T employees at this store didn't properly set up our phone or account. We didn't have the long distance service we signed up for. One rep told us the plan was $40 and at this store they promised that our bill would be around $55. I GOT A BILL FOR $123.00!! It's a clam shell phone! They added two different insurance policies and a monthly connection fee they never mentioned and who knows what else. I called to ask about it and was asked for a PIN I never received and was not allowed to access my account any other way (including all my info plus SS#!). I had to go back to the store. Half a dozen calls later and the second time around at the store, we walked out thinking that things were resolved. A few days later I call customer service. They only adjusted they made to my bill was $2.00 dollars! We canceled as soon as we could. I don't come to Yelp to complain. I like to review restaurants I like. But when companies are taking advantage of people I warn others. read more

James was the sales guy who helped me and he was pleasantly great to work with! He answered all my questions and provided me with every bit of info I needed switching from my existing provider to AT&T. HOWEVER. the reason for three stars is not in relation to my one on one experience with the sales guy. James basically redeemed these stars. The store has a VERY cold atmosphere. Don't expect to be greeted or acknowledged as you walk in. Make sure you approach someone to "sign" you in if it looks like everyone is "too busy". Apparently that's the method there. read more

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Edward helped me find the right iPhone 12 for me. Turns out, the iPhone 12 Pro was perfect. He made the transition seamless. I had all my old information transferred to my new phone before I left. He also made sure I left with a screen protector and phone case too! He put the screen protector on for me! WORST SERVICE EVER! I arrived in this store at 11am upon my entrance I wasn't greeted about 3mins later a Asian woman greeted me in a rush. I was then seated for 10 mins while sitting I'm looking around the store and there's barely any customers but no ones helping me. I look over to my right to see 2 workers working with 1 customer, why tf do you need 2 people to help with 1 customer. I was rudely ignored! Zero stars would be way too much. We have been AT&T customers for about 15 years. We have 6 devices and pay almost $500 per month. A majority of our in store experiences make us feel we are being sold and misled. We try to be smart and avoid getting suckered. However, yesterday was too much and we will soon be ending our relationship with AT&T. The store clearly misled my wife and it cost us $750+. Upon trying to revolve it later in the day we received absolutely no help for the sales person and even less support from the manager basically telling us to just deal with and offering no solutions. read more

SO disappointing. My husband and I are having labor induced with our first child tomorrow morning. My husband cracked his screen today and went into this store to get a new phone. After paying full price for a brand new iPhone (which is not cheap) and spending two hours at the store, he comes home to a phone that SOMETIMES works for phone calls and occasionally works for texts. Given we are having a baby tomorrow (aside from the fact that when you purchase something, you expect it to work), he called the store and the guy told him to take it to another store closer to home (we have, in the past, driven all the way across town to go to this store because the customer service USED to be good). So, he went there. That store said that he had to go to the original store (this store). So, he did that. When he got there, they said something was probably put in wrong and it would be a $45 restocking fee... WTF? So, your product doesn't work and we have to pay? They said it was "Apple's" product so not there issue. Um, NO!!! If you are selling a product and making a profit off of it, it is YOUR issue. So, now it is 8:00 PM at night and my husband is running all over town trying to get the phone fixed at Apple because this AT&T store has TERRIBLE customer service.
