Alexa and Katelyn... remember these names!! I lost my phone and was panicking. I went in and Alexa got every thing setup and ordered. Went above and beyond in not only taking care my issue - her customer service and friendliness was very much needed. I got my replacement the next day, I thought I would be able to get this thing set up no problem. I have done it before, however I did. Went back and Katelyn helped me. I would give 0 stars if I could. My father was in a motorcycle accident and almost died. I had to fly in from out of state to help and needed my phone to coordinate his urgent medical care. My phone completely died and could not be factory restored. As the Apple store was about 3 hours away round trip and I couldn't be away from him I thought this store could help me. BIG MISTAKE! I had the displeasure of dealing with Jacqueline I believe her name was. She told me Apple wouldn't do anything for me and didn't even attempt to call. Also overheard her say she isn't Apple certified by the store-shocker. Had she called which I did later after she burned me, Apple troubleshot the phone and even gave me a brand new one 130 days out of warranty. All she cared about was making her commission and she opened a new line for me instead of helping me. She took advantage of a dire situation because she has 5 mouths to feed at home between her kids, stepchildren and husband with a line out the door. I even heard her discussing adding more employees to the store taking away from her commission and it being a "shark pool." Not my problem!! Now a month later I'm still dealing with the nightmare of having to have AT&T credit my account with the phone I had to return. They are doing so now at no cost to me because she was so clearly in the wrong. Save yourself the aggravation and either go to another store or speak with another employee. Her coworker that came in after her was actually willing to listen and help but couldn't do anything after the fact without corporate approval because Jacqueline botched it so badly. read more
