With the exception of a few familiar and long standing storefronts like Dilliards, Bath & Body Works, American Eagle and Rue 21, and an honorable mention to Chic 5, this mall is so desperate for a comeback makeover ! This was the staff at the Journeys store today on my visit. If there are no customers at least pretend to be working. Clean something, organize something, straighten something. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a store staff. Journeys upper management needs to pop in for a SURPRISE VISIT.
