The store was clean, well stocked, organized , and easy to find, with plenty of parking. The T-Mobile Expert welcomed us and then she walked us through the plan we'd selected ahead of time with unlimited talk, text, and data, She was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable then set up the new device, and explained plan details clearly, setup up payments and we were done. I have had my same number for over 25 years and was with Sprint until they merged with T-Mobile. So I'm a long time customer who, despite the transitional hiccups, is very pleased with the coverages, services, and customer services with this company and am obviously quite comfortable recommending it to family and friends alike.
