She was so disrespectful after spending thousands of dollars in phones and plans, I was simply asking a question about why my receipt says I got 0 credit on a trade in even though I was told I would get $350 for my phone. Places like this remind me why I made a Yelp. The service here is amazing. Not only do they open the door for you, but they call you by name the entire time. I had the pleasure of being helped by the tattood guy named Tony and boy is he deceiving. I was blown away by how well mannered he was. He was so friendly and not pushy at all. Made me feel like even if my car blew up, my day would still be made. Got me all set up with my iPhone and my new iPad mini! Even transferred all my stuff. This is the reason I stay with AT&T. The whole staff seemed very upbeat and friendly. I've never walked into a store like this. Even though they were really really busy, they were showing off some crazy loud speakers and people all around just seemed to be having a good time. Great store full of great people. read more

Really disappointed in some of the customer service. I showed up to see if we can either get a good deal on a new cheap phone or fix the one we currently had. About 5 employees were standing around and one one lady who did help me just flat out said I need to order the part online and that they don't have any deals for phones, that nothing was for free. All I wanted was to sign another contract if there was a phone that went with it. She didn't even offer me a phone number to call, she just carried on with her conversation with another employee. I am tempted to just get my service out of Twin Falls if that is how I am going to be treated. read more
