1 Star -- Multiple errors and misleading information during the purchase I had a very disappointing experience at this AT&T store. When I signed up for the service, the representative provided me with multiple pieces of information that I later found to be incorrect or misleading. During the activation process, there were also several avoidable mistakes, including the representative initially using the wrong SIM card, which caused additional confusion and inconvenience. After the purchase, I discovered an unexpected balance of nearly $200 associated with the device/service. I went back to the store to discuss the issue with the manager and ask for clarification. Unfortunately, instead of directly addressing my concerns and reviewing what had happened, the manager repeatedly defended the representative and avoided addressing the specific issues I raised. I have since taken steps to resolve the situation with AT&T, but I believe the circumstances surrounding the original sale deserve a proper review. I am posting this review to document my experience and hope AT&T will investigate what information was provided during the sale, the mistakes made during activation, and how the concerns were handled afterward. read more

This location stole $2000 from me. They accepted my trade on and promised that my new phones would be free. 3 months later I noticed a charge on my bill and at&t told me my plan wasn't eligible for the trade in promotion and the store made a mistake and they were charging me full price for the phones. At this point I had no choice to return the phones since my trade ins were long gone. I contacted the store and the manager there was having so much fun flirting with customers that he barely took a break to tell me there's nothing he can do. When I asked for the owner or general manager's contact info to escalate, he outright refused. This store is untrustworthy. read more

We were given one price but charge a lot more on our bills following. They sent us the wrong phones and then stupidly opened them when we told them not to, and then it complicated the sale. It took weeks after going in there to actually get our phones and have them set up. Not to mention the service is absolutely awful. I don't have reception in my own home or anywhere near my house and I live in the Decatur area. read more

I got a new phone and was informed that there was a promotional going on for a tablet. I specifically asked if it was a phone, because it happened to me before. The young lady said it was obky a tablet for 99 cents. No tablet yet but on the bill there's a new phone number and all for the tablet!!! Why!!! Then we were told yo cancel on the app. No when the tablet comes we are going to the store to straighten this out in person. What a rip off!!! read more

Don't waste your time. Not sure of the salesperson's name but she seemed immediately annoyed by my presence and then gaslighted me and said they couldn't help me, though there was no other customer there. This is the second time I've experienced rudeness here--the other time was a year ago, same dismissive salesperson. Don't know why she is in customer service and clearly ATT doesn't care bc I see several complaints but nothing has changed. Fair warning, if you go to this location, be prepared for a battle if you need any help. So unnecessary.... read more

Worst costumer service. I've encountered. Walked in store was not greeted or even Told how long I'd be waiting. Aaron eventually helped me after almost 30 minutes of not being acknowledged. There was another guy with locs who wasn't helpful at all and was training I assume another lady. read more

I just have to say.....Service was AWFUL if you have plans to go to dinner in 2 hours don't come here to "quickly get a screen protector" TOOK 2 HOURS!!! and 45bucks read more

Another day at this store, another terrible experience! I came by at 5pm and there was a paper note saying she was on break and would return in an hour but it didn't state when that would be. At 6pm, still no one. Came back at 6:20pm and the associate was helping a customer. No greeting whatsoever and she acted as if I was a bother. That's typical for this store. read more

Going to the Church St and North Decatur Rd, Decatur AT&T Store was an extremely upsetting experience. There were 3 receptionists. Michael treated me like a child and argued with me for the entire time. I asked another staff to help me. She was mean and nasty. She asked me to leave if I did not shut up. The third staff was too busy to help because she was playing with her phone. I went on to the AT&T Store at Toco Hills in the Atlanta location. The experience was totally different. There were 2 receptionists who greeted me warmly. They were extremely helpful, supportive and respectful. I accomplished what I needed in a fast and efficient manner. read more

Terrible service. Closed 45 min early while I stood outside and waited just to be told they couldn't help me.

Came by with a piece of paper on the door saying out to lunch but it didn't say when they would specifically be back. Walked around for hour and when I went back to the store, it was open but the lady there who i'm pretty sure was the manager, look like she didn't even want to be there. Not one smile or formal greeting. She was pretty fast when it came to getting my phone activated but her personality skills considering she works in customer service are seriously lacking. Her whole demeanor just felt very transactional. She didn't even print me a copy of my receipt or respectfully send me off after she was done. Get somebody who at least pretends to care about the customer and making them feel welcome and appreciated. There's more I could stay but I think I'm going to stop it right here... I would not recommend this place. read more

I came to establish new service; however, the sales associate was not wearing a mask. COVID-19 infections are at an all-time high. This is unacceptable. I left and will establish service with another company. read more

I went in this ATT location three times in one week. There was absolutely no reason for me to go in that many times, but I was told the wrong information from two different employees each time. When I asked certain questions on how to set-up my iPhone, three employees laughed at me like I was stupid and not in a light-hearted way. Everyone was very rude. Not just one person, but all four people working there. I even overheard one employee tell an elderly man to come back tomorrow because they were too busy doing inventory, and they couldn't help him that day. Wow. read more

I will NEVER walk into this store again. The experience I had here actually made me switch providers the same day. There was a guy that had the worst customer service I've experienced in any establishment. He was rude, short and blunt. No help at all. His name was Jaliq* or something along those lines (didn't have on a name tag, I had to ask for name myself). I've been calling the store almost every day since to speak with someone but to no avail, no answer. read more

No help at all. The employee acted like we were interrupting his time playing on his phone

These guys are awesome! I would leave 10 stars if I could. I seriously dread going to AT&T store to upgrade phone or trouble shoot, but the super friendly staff including Bryce (store manager) and William provided amazing customer service. I had a tricky trade-in situation and some complications getting into my account but these guys handled it like pros. They were patient and answered my silly questions without making me feel like a total idiot... you know that feeling you get when your talking to a tech person and everything they say is totally overwhelming and goes in one ear and out? That is NOT how you feel with this staff. They took their time and walked me through everything I needed to get my transfer done with ease. I left with a big smile on my face and in a better mood than when I had entered the store. A+ customer service read more

The employee today was completely trash. Customer service was trash and we weren't even able to get a phone due to him not checking inventory before almost checking us out. read more
