The wait time for an appointment is always insane! Sometimes you know your coming and you make an appointment online but mostly for me I just let the day take me to whatever I see I see fit! This place is always crowded! Not much room for movement & that's probably because it's the only Apple Store within a 70 mile radius. Their always upgraded the phones even before you learned how to work your old one. I don't give in to their temptation. It's too less expensive this way! I also saw an ad for a 10,000 Apple watch!! Seriously is there really a need for that! I've had a mixed of people that check-in for appointments both good and awful moods! I waited over a hour for help. Plus staff lay around talking to friends. Some people cut ahead. I dont understand why they have a digital screen showing what order customers are in when they change it to accommodate personal friends. Horrible customer service. It really made me mad when the person who helped us at the end was the main one socializing with a friend for over 45 minutes. This review is for AT&T U-verse Services. I was cold called from an AT&T rep to sell us a bundle of AT&T services which after a long conversation and many questions, I agreed to a bundle for a specific inclusive price. We ended up with a lesser package for a higher price. After literally 10 or more phone calls and long discussions with many AT&T customer service reps, the situation is unchanged. AT&T did a "bait & switch" which is illegal, and they say "there is nothing we can do about it", although they did admit that what happened was illegal! On a separate note, their wireless service is so poor that it doesn't work in our house, or within at least a 2 block radius, although this is a "good" service area on their map. Their coverage works poorly in most of Fairfield County with lots of dropped calls. Again, "there is nothing we can do about it"... read more

I had a problem with my Samsung G5.I knew that the simple repair was to register my "new to me"phone to my existing account. I suggested a SIM card replacement as I was using the one from my G3 and it may not be up to the task of a newer phone. After being charged for the SIM which has ALWAYS free at other stores it did not fix the issue and that I needed a new phone. I was repeatedly told that I could have a new G7 for free with a new contract. And that I could get a discount on service and a free tablet and a home tv service and everything but what I wanted which was my existing phone repaired. After going home and making a 15 minute call to AT&T my service was repaired. The issue on their end due to the phone replacement was corrected and I was apologized to for the aggressive sales person. Don't waste your time with this commission based store. read more

The guys behind the counter sat in front of his computer like it was a security blanket and refused to stand up and help anyone. They didn't even know the differences between the phones. Absolutely awful service. Waited 25 minutes without ever being asked if I needed help. While the manager (Andre) was standing around doing absolutely nothing. Not one time was approached while I was standing in the middle of the store making eye contact with all of the associates. Then a young woman walked in and was immediately asked if she could he helped while I still stood there unattended to. Awful staff. Terrible way to run a store. Be very careful when signing up for service. Write down the name of the person who offered you the deal. I was promised one thing, signed up and then receive something different. Every time I called something new came up. I feel like they have taken advantage of me and will terminate my service in a year. What I thought would cost $84 a month ended up being $100. The bills are also very confusing so it is hard to figure out what you are charged for. read more

Once I finally see a rep to help me they give me 100% of there undevoted time.. Make great recommendations and fix any issue that has ever arised.. At & t internet is a nightmare. When you have nightmare, you only have it once in a while. This nightmare happens to you every time you try to get into the internet. Your whole family also having the same nightmare. Many times a day, day in and day out, week in and week out. It is really suck. Fourth world countries' internet is better than this. Believe me, my friend. You will be ended it up making a lot of complains and spend hours on the phone and no result. My daughter grade slumped because many days the internet was dead. And when there is internet and it is off and on every 2 minutes and for hours at a time. My family was angry at each other. It is ten, ten and ten time a night mare. It is far worse than the word horrifying. I understand that the cost is only $45.00 a month but it did not worth a penny because of all the suffering I and my family have to endure. read more
