Then I was told they couldn't void the fee, but I could choose an accessory to make up for it. Luckily, they had a case I kind of liked so I didn't have to wait for the transaction to be reversed, but still this setup fee is bogus. I even asked if this was the Verizon upgrade fee and was told no it is specific to Cellular Sales and Verizon would also charge a fee.

Now they only have two people working. I said I still wanted to take it back and have someplace else fix it because of how long it took to get it. He asks if I knew about the $30 charge for them looking at it and I said no. Then he waives the fee for me because of all the trouble. So if you've had issues with them I think they deserve another chance to prove them self's.

I burst into tears at the thought of losing the last pics and messages of my husband. That repair was well over $300. Costly, but I agreed. They broke the screen taking off. They said it was completely white. Then I was told it would cost me to replace the screen, another $300 and some dollars. Now if I were a mechanic and someone has me work on their engine. If I dent the fender, I would have to fix it at my cost not the customer. But they, the professionals brake my screen and I have to pay for them to repair the damage to my phone. Zack was bothered by me I COULD SEE HIS facial expressions when I walked up to the desk. Zack could not get into account when I've been in twice before to the same store and they found my account.
