An upgrade phone was sold on the wrong plan to me 10 days ago. My bill was outrageous. Ronnie a very polite ATT rep on Sat. 27th said they could help me out on Monday 29th day when corporate ATT open again. Zack was bothered by me I COULD SEE HIS facial expressions when I walked up to the desk. Zack could not get into account when I've been in twice before to the same store and they found my account. Blamed it all on Jordan who sold the phone for wrong monthly price and put me on wrong plan messing up my bill. This is a terrible run store and Zack should be fired.
