My son is a U.S. vereran with 3 deployments. He went into the Corbin store and bought a iPhone 17. He was always keeping his wife and daughter in iPhones and this was his first iPhone. 7 days later it went black. After 5 trips they told him to drive to Lexington or Knoxville to Apple Store to see if they could find his password. His phone was on 75% I always wanted to know what that had to do with the malfunction and who remembers passwords with Face ID and saved passwords. CORBIN SALESMEN WERE SO RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL! I've had Verizon for a few months now and EVERYTHING about their service is AWFUL. Customer support ended up GHOSTING me after trying to see if/how long my phone is locked to their (god awful) service. Even with their "High speed data" at 5 bars, EVERY SINGLE APP treats me as if I'm offline altogether! Awful service read more

$35 setup fee to remove the box and plastic film from my phone. Of course they don't disclose that they charge this until you are already activated and phone number transported. I will never use an "Authorized retailer" again. Only corporate stores from now on. I mean seriously Apple products have to be turned on and they work. Ta-Da, no setup required. Then I was told they couldn't void the fee, but I could choose an accessory to make up for it. Luckily, they had a case I kind of liked so I didn't have to wait for the transaction to be reversed, but still this setup fee is bogus. I even asked if this was the Verizon upgrade fee and was told no it is specific to Cellular Sales and Verizon would also charge a fee. read more

Andrew helped my niece and decided to add $8 Verizon Cloud and $17 insurance to her phone after she had told him not too. He told her he would set up her phone for her, which she again, said she didn't want, he went ahead and did it anyways and then charged her $40. This place will rip you off and lie to your face. Go to a corporate store instead of these grimy people. read more

Be warned: if you are from out of state you won't receive service at this store. Apparently only Kentucky drivers licenses are acceptable. Nevermind my passport card, Global Entry card, and HSPD-12 card which are federal identity cards. Went across the street to AT&T who happily took my out of state ID. read more

Best service ever! I had an issue with my company iPad. Was told by IT to find a store. Was very concerned because I know not all "authorized retailers" are as helpful as possible when device not purchased on site. I was blown away by service....fully staffed mid-afternoon. Courteous and helpful. Will definitely be returning next time I need new phone or support! Thank you for helping me to resolve a frustrating situation. read more
