I really hate to downgrade this place to three stars but service with AT&T prior to the hurricanes…read morewas a challenge, afterwards has been a nightmare. Many dropped calls, no service, bad internet connect etc. has been a real struggle the few months leading up to hurricane Irma. We didn't even know and were not informed that we could have received a credit for a period of time before the hurricanes, why didn't anyone let us know? We've been back to this location twice since the hurricanes passed. Prepare yourself for a wait, there is a never ending line that wraps around the building. If you have to pay a bill you can go right to the front and speak with the guy with the iPad and they will call you in, if not you're going to have to wait in this hours long line. After Irma hit on 9/6 cell service was non existent except for by the dumpsters in estate bakkeroe and Marriott and operating at at dial up speeds. After Maria hit on 9/20 it just got worse. Cell service hasn't really been restored until this month (Nov). So for that AT&T is crediting back two months of service. BUT if you are enrolled in autopay it didn't apply for you and you have to go into this location to fix that. We've also tried calling into their corporate line to get this fixed but no one picks up or it's busy which could again be a AT&T cell service issue! Agh!! I will say the employees here are still very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with everyone. As I said in my first review at the beginning of last year we were Verizon customers, always, did not want to switch to AT&T. I hope Verizon comes here soon! #St.Thomas #USVI

We were placed on the waiting list and offered a seat. Shortly thereafter, we were greeted by Lucen Louis, a member of the AT&T Team. He was quite knowledgeable and expeditious in his work. This office max is one of the cheapest locations I've ever shopped at. I'm used to the not so cool…read morepricing with the honolulu store and with expensive prices all over St. Thomas buying office and house supplies here for $1-$2 is pretty awesome. These folks unfortunately are still cash only after the hurricanes and they dropped prices by almost 50% a few days before the hurricanes hit for portable battery chargers for phones ,flashlights, batteries, fans etc which was kind of helpful. Pricing has remained discounted so no price housing is going on here. The cashiers are not the friendliest, we had a huge ordered purchase last month and the lady helping us was visibly not thrilled with our carts full of items to scan. She kept on rolling her eyes and gave us the silent treatment. You folks should be happy that we're trying to give you $$$$. 30,000 residents here fled and aren't coming back, take money while it's here. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've received this type of service and the cashiers here are the area of opportunity. Outside of the cashiers the employees that work in the printing section are awesome! I've used the printing center for a lot of work needs like gigantic posters and they are the cheapest place to print items like that on island (only $20 for a 3' x 4' poster) and they print them in seconds. Parking can be a cluster because they share a lot with Viya and McDonald's, but if you need office supplies or random household supplies come here. #St.Thomas #USVI

I left my Apple MacBook Pro laptop charger at home and needed one while on vacation. I tried the…read morehotel front desk but they didn't have any. They said to try Office Max so I called them. They said they didn't know if they had any and I would need to come in and look. I found CDT through the web and called them. I spoke with Carlos who knew immediately knew what I needed and yes, they had it in stock! I went to the store the next day and they had the Apple charger, USB C cord and several other Apple accessories. Thank you Carlos!!!

Just happened to be walking by iTekPlanet an Luke was out front. Apple was waiting to charge me $250 to fix it. I asked Luke to look at it. In less than 30 seconds Luke knew pocket lint was in the charging port. He got it out like a surgeon handed it back to me, said it happens all the time and no charge. Now I am sure it happens all the time and I am sure Apple knew it. Luke could have charged me something and I would have been happy, but while I was talking with him It is clear he knows is business and he is the man to go to on this island for wireless repair needs.
