While exiting the parking lot of a small retail center, I came across this shop. I remembered I had…read morea cell phone that I could no longer charge because the charging port was worn out, so I decided to stop in. I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.

I got home opened the radio packaging, and it was missing multiple components. I went back to return the radio the next day (less than 24 hours later), and the manager told me there was a "strict 1 day return policy", they didn't have anymore in stock, and there was nothing they could do for me except give me a charger off their shelf. I explained to him that I bought it less than 24 hours ago, and he told me it had to be returned same day. I will be getting rid of cricket wireless as soon as the month is up. Update: I am no longer a cricket customer, but I got stuck with the radio so I decided to use it. It died after an hour, and won't take a charge.
