I took it to the Bolivar location to get the screen repaired ($200.00). I picked up my phone and the agent told me he had trouble getting the new back on the phone and had to use (glue) and if it popped apart, let him know. I went on my way. My phone immediately began having connectivity issues. I have Verizon and have always had excellent connectivity with them. Went back (45 minute drive each way). He said he would clean it and see if that fixed it. It didn't. He said to come back in. I told him I thought it was the antennas. He opened it back up and said the antennas hadn't been hooked up correctly. Let him know if this didn't fix it and he would order new ones. It didn't fix anything. I let him know the issue was ongoing, he said he would order new ones. Two weeks go by and nothing. I told him I wanted his manager's contact information. He wouldn't give it out, but he would give my information to his manager. NO contact from anyone. I emailed the corporate office and said either give me a comparable new phone or refund my "repair" cost. NO contact from anyone. I'm hoping to save someone else from going through this. BEWARE! We bought my girlfriend a cell phone case here about 3 weeks ago. We bought it here because of…read moretheir selection and it looked like their cases were well made. We also had them install the custom cut screen protector for another 10 dollars just because I've never had any luck getting those things on straight. 3 weeks later when the screen protector started peeling off and the case had already had a major defect in it we decided to go back and see if they could help. Turns out they would not. The guy behind the counter pointed out that their return policy for defects is SEVEN DAYS! THAT'S RIGHT, THIS COMPANY ONLY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT FOR 7 DAYS! And then they'll still do nothing unless you have a receipt. When I asked about the screen cover, the same guy told me that they (the screen saver) don't just peel off and that the screen was obviously hit and that's the only way they would peel from the corner like that.... Needless to say we will never buy another ANYTHING form this place as they have NO CLUE what customer service, satisfaction, or standing behind their product is. I usually give just about any business the benefit of the doubt when I have a less than wonderful experience. I was a customer service manager for years and I know it's hard work but... I'm just going to write this company off. Life's too short to get horrible service!
