I took it to the Bolivar location to get the screen repaired ($200.00). I picked up my phone and the agent told me he had trouble getting the new back on the phone and had to use (glue) and if it popped apart, let him know. I went on my way. My phone immediately began having connectivity issues. I have Verizon and have always had excellent connectivity with them. Went back (45 minute drive each way). He said he would clean it and see if that fixed it. It didn't. He said to come back in. I told him I thought it was the antennas. He opened it back up and said the antennas hadn't been hooked up correctly. Let him know if this didn't fix it and he would order new ones. It didn't fix anything. I let him know the issue was ongoing, he said he would order new ones. Two weeks go by and nothing. I told him I wanted his manager's contact information. He wouldn't give it out, but he would give my information to his manager. NO contact from anyone. I emailed the corporate office and said either give me a comparable new phone or refund my "repair" cost. NO contact from anyone. I'm hoping to save someone else from going through this. BEWARE! The customer service was top notch. Even though there were at least five people needing help throughout the experience, the man behind the counter (Zach), juggled everyone's needs in a very efficient way. I loved how he would make eye contact with every customer and explain the time frame it would be before he could get to them. I always felt like I knew what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. It takes a lot of skill to put a screen protector on correctly and Zach took so much pride in his work. The location is great- right in front of Starbucks at the Battlefield mall. If you need a repair on any type of phone/device or a new screen protector applied perfectly, go here. One suggestion: get another employee for the busy hours. I did watch a few people walk away because they didn't have five minutes to wait while my screen protector was being applied.
