I called to cancel my services, as I have never use it and have been paying almost $50 a month, and when I asked to simply rebate or waive my bill because I have never used the service or data they wouldn't even try to see and gave me excuses on why they couldn't. Instead they kept pushing and pushing to get me to upgrade (meaning pay even more money) and try to sell me discounts on other services. The people are a true scam company and not worth doing business. Go with the bigger providers because if you ever have a problem they can help you! Something as simple as canceling my service took over an hour as they spent 80% of the time trying to sell me more! STOP GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
