The team appears friendly and helpful but they are commissioned by activating accounts and they work openly to deceive you for the sole purpose of activation of new accounts. My goal was to upgrade from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14. They quickly redirected to an iPhone 16 bundle that was the same price of the iPhone 14 and included 2 free tablets. What they did not tell me was that they activated monthly services on those devices. They also cancelled my existing services and moved me to a new service that I did not request. All of this was deceptive and purposeful with the sole intent of gaining commissions for 6 new activations. I lost all of my grandfathered services as a long time Sprint customer in the process. Turns out I couldn't print it anyway because they don't accept Apple Pay and I didn't bring my credit card. ‍
