So the person here at gearvava takes my phone looks at it under a magnifying glass and brings it back and tells me my sim is broke of in my phone, and they can't fix it. Ok so long story short I take it to a Verizon store and problem solved they remove the sim and replaced it for free. Gearvana could have done the same thing, but didn't even want to attempt to take it out.

I went in simply to upgrade my sons phone and ended up with cancellations of my four existing…read moreaccounts and 2 new accounts created while in the store. The team appears friendly and helpful but they are commissioned by activating accounts and they work openly to deceive you for the sole purpose of activation of new accounts. My goal was to upgrade from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14. They quickly redirected to an iPhone 16 bundle that was the same price of the iPhone 14 and included 2 free tablets. What they did not tell me was that they activated monthly services on those devices. They also cancelled my existing services and moved me to a new service that I did not request. All of this was deceptive and purposeful with the sole intent of gaining commissions for 6 new activations. I lost all of my grandfathered services as a long time Sprint customer in the process. There was a long line at the cash register and the woman working it told me rudely that they may not get to me because they were about to close. I didn't respond because I'm trying to be kinder to people who are rude to me in 2026. At that point a man (manager?) offered to assist and was helpful. Turns out I couldn't print it anyway because they don't accept Apple Pay and I didn't bring my credit card. ‍

Lady cut line today and the employees said nothing; very odd and unsettling. I'll just go to Walmart at this point and they're almost just as worse there.
