After briefly observing the session she had with their son I really appreciate the patience and genuine sense of attentiveness that she provided. Showed up on time and my friends say they have no complaints about the service. As a plus the therapist was really great just to chat with. Loren, the TMS tech, was fantastic. Madonna, a nurse, was fantastic. Dr. Ananth gave me two referrals that I was very desperate for, and I greatly appreciate that! They were referrals for treatments that they do not do in that office and are pretty extreme. He said he wanted me to exhaust all other options before giving me referrals to those two treatments. I did exhaust all other options, so he did finally give me those two referrals. Again, I'm very grateful to him for doing that because I don't think I would've been able to pursue those treatments without his referral or a referral by another psychiatrist. One thing that bothers me a lot, though, is that, instead of being offered Spravato, which is covered by my insurance, I could only do IV ketamine there. I don't know why they didn't offer Sp I experienced zero effect until my sixth treatment. Cash pay at that time for me was extremely expensive (about $600 per session). So, the first $3000 worth of IV Ketamine treatment was completely ineffective for me.

Despite me providing flashcards, cheat sheets, and constant communication, they failed my child. I gave them the tools, the knowledge -- and they ignored it. I had to remind staff of things they should've already known. It felt like no one was doing their job. Here's what happened: * Staff called out twice during her first six days -- no consistency. * I was denied access when I tried to drop in -- no warning. * My daughter was changed into a diaper that breaks her skin -- without calling me. * She came home with dried snot all over her face. * No one told me she was freezing during pickup until I saw her myself. * Her backpack had diapers -- staff said she had none. * She showed signs of distress and didn't eat -- I found out at pickup. * They allow boys and girls to use the restroom together -- no privacy. * All communication was one-sided. I live 10 mins away. A call could've fixed things. This experience was devastating. I did my best. I supported their team. I stayed professional. I trusted them with my non-verbal child. And still -- my daughter suffered. If you're considering this center, I urge you to look deeper. The front desk receptionists and supervisors Matt and Damien were kind, and some of the RBTs were decent. But kindness means nothing when the structure behind them is careless. My child's basic needs were ignored. This was supposed to be a place for support. Instead, it was a lesson in how badly things can go wrong when people don't care enough. She is able to see several steps ahead. I could see that she was invested in my well-being. She is open. She is honest. She is humble. She is kind. And, she is a good doctor. Ryan is a terrific therapist who takes copious notes and can recall details from our conversation even weeks later. You know he is invested in the well-being of his patients. He has a difficult job but, makes it look so easy. He is the messenger of hope! He is not patronizing. He is honest. he is a really good therapist. I set an INITIAL APPT 2 months in advance only to get an email l 3 days before telling me it's cancelled and to call the office When I did they told me they can see me in March. Our Daughter was diagnosed late and their initial availability was in April but when she got…read moreapproved by Harbor Regional Center for services they had an opening within a month (February). In the first 2 months there she made tremendous progress with her speech and behavior. After that her progress was slower but she still made progress. She was there MWF for 2.5hrs. We had to take her out when she turned 3 in July and is now at our local district "early learning" program where she continues to make progress. We had Carly's class. The staff were all great and happy and cheerful to all the kids. I think PTN employees all have their own "circle time" memorizing not only kids names but parents as well. New employees would know who I was and even the upper level staff knew my name. I must credit all of the staff and teamwork that goes into making PTN work. The staffing level feels like 1:1 most of the time because they have aids and volunteers. Their open door policy lets parents be with their child all the time if they wish. I only had 3 problems: 1. I was supposed to take off work a little bit for their trike time they have once a week but the therapist in charge of it didn't show up to work. The staff (not Carly) said it would probably be the next day so I stayed a little while then too but they didn't go on trikes. The day after that I asked them and they said they probably won't go on trikes till the next month. It caused me some time at work. 2. Their respite rendezvous lets parents drop off their kids (usually night time) once a month for about 4 hours. Enough for dinner and a movie. You have to sign up as slots fill up fast. They do allow older siblings go so one time there were a lot of older kids running around and knocking my daughter over and the rooms got very crowded. After that it was never that full and our Daughter had a pleasant time at respite rendezvous. 3. Parking spaces are small and most parents have an SUV. Getting kids in/out of your car may be difficult when it's drop-off/pickup time. To this day when i show my daughter the group picture she took on her last day she stares at all the faces remembering the good times.

I didn't have to repeat myself, he remembered everything and made me feel seen/heard. He gave me so much to work with and it has turned my whole life around. My medication was at a low dosage for a long time because anything higher would upset my stomach. Dr. Pratty explained that a higher dosage will work more effective and he helped me get passed the side effects. Today, I feel the joy in life and I have a new mindset on how I will live it.
