From the beginning, she was reluctant to go to school, though at her age (3 years old) she couldn't clearly express why. On the administrative side, I often found communication confusing and overly bureaucratic. The primary care director frequently stepped in when issues arose in the classroom, but her messages did not always align with the teachers', and she did not appear to have decision-making authority. When we finally decided to withdraw our daughter after several difficult months, the process was particularly challenging. We submitted our withdrawal notice one day later than the contract required (on a Sunday rather than Saturday). While I acknowledge that this was our oversight, the financial impact was in the thousands of dollars, and the school was unwilling to make any accommodation. Discussions with the primary director, assistant head, head of school, and eventually the owner all reinforced the sense that policies were rigid and prioritized the business side over the child's well-being or the family's situation. I later spoke with another parent who had a very similar experience regarding withdrawal fees, which made me realize this was not an isolated case. To be fair, there are dedicated teachers at Arbor, and I know some children do well there. However, if challenges arise, families should be prepared for limited flexibility and a process that may feel more focused on contractual obligations than collaborative problem-solving.

This is another kindercare franchise so they follow rules strictly and they maximize teacher student ratios according to state laws. Few things I didn't like though was for 1, I had a muddy buddy outfit I wanted my son to wear if they play in the rain but they didn't allow it because it's too inconvenient for them but they rather change all his clothes completely! The thing that bothers me most is the star system the teachers implement. Each day if they behaved, they get a star at the end of the day. If they did something bad and didn't listen to the teacher, they don't get a star. I am then suppose to punish him at home by taking away something he loves. This old rewards system is not implemented in a lot of schools anymore and other educators that I've talked to said it's not recommended to use anymore. My son gets so fixated on the damn star, he cries when he doesn't get it sometimes I don't think it's right. Another thing that bugged me the most is that there was 1 child in the class that was particularly disruptive. She told me exactly who it was and how my son thinks it's funny when the "bad" kid did something he's not suppose to and follows him. Blaming another 3 year old and labeling him is just not professional. They were very nice and made a goodbye scrapbook of my son as a goodbye gift. Somehow the poem they inside had the wrong child's name . I think 1 teacher to 10 kids is just too much for them to focus on them. For those reasons, I took my son out.

Ms. Katherine and Ms. Sudha in class 104 are very nice and kind. My younger girl love her and is eager to go to classroom, makes drop off really easy for me. Principle Ms. Monica, and school staff including Ms. Marina and Ms. Leanna are also very loving and has good communications.

We know our daughter is in good hands with Ms. Rachel and Ms. Jade. Enrolling our daughter here was definitely the right choice!

When she started in the infant classroom, Ms. Tammy immediately connected with my daughter. She's such a loving and calm teacher. She's still super close to my little one even though she's in the preschool class. When my daughter joined the toddler and discovery preschool classes, she also had great experiences. The teachers were loving, yet also firm when needed and helped reinforce many of the skills being taught at home. She especially loved Ms, Jennifer (now the center's Asst. Director). Every single day my daughter looked forward giving her a big hug upon arrival. Ms. Ella was equally as special to my little one. We are also very familiar with Ms.Charu, Ritu, and Artuneta. The teachers really work well together to provide the best care daily. The activities are also very engaging. Now my daughter is in the preschool classroom and is being prepared for pre-k nicely. She attends a wonderful phonics class 2x weekly with Ms. Tanzy. Hands down this class has enhanced her letter recognition and writing skills. She's even starting to read words. Ms. Antura, her preschool teacher, incorporates very interactive lessons they keep the kids' attention. I'm 100% certain my daughter will be more than ready for kindergarten when the time comes because of the love and care provided to our daughter and family. Last, Ms. Seema, is the absolute best center director I've ever met. She is very organized, kind, has always been willing to discuss questions or concerns, etc. She is truly a director that's immersed in the activities taking place at the center. While many parents focus on academics, I was more interested in how my children were learning new things, participating in concerts, and performing on stage. They gained a wide range of skills and became more independent. Ms. Kim and all the teachers are well educated and dedicated, always looking happy and smiling, and greeting everyone with a welcoming attitude. They treat the kids and their families like their own. Other children in the neighborhood who also went to this school have grown up to do really well.
