When the first load was dumped I questioned the workers as the rock did not appear to be white as I had expected. I was told it was the correct rock and the discoloration was due to it being moist, so they set about spreading it. I received two (2) more truck loads. Upon inspection and comparison to my neighbors Yellow Limestone it was clear I had not received the correct rock. I talked to the supervisor and he now informed me, that yes I am correct this is not the correct rock and he had noticed it while spreading the first load. The driver confirmed it was was not Yellow Limestone prior to dumping his second load. The supervisor instructed him to dump the second load and proceed to get the 3rd (last load). I was told the mistake was because there normal supplier was out of rock so they used a different supplier. I was offered a very modest reduction was nothing more then the regular price of the cheaper rock they installed. I did not accept the discount and just wanted what I had paid for. I wanted and paid for Yellow Limestone so we agreed they would top the rock with the correct material. The Yellow Limestone that was used to top my drive was mostly if not entirely pulverized Yellow Limestone comprised of very small pieces (maybe 1/2") and basically dust and was was topped with less than 1" of the correct stone. Now much of the top layer, being so small has worked it way down so now my drive is a mixture of Gray and Yellow (White) rock. So in short even though they knew it was not the materiel I had paid for or wanted they took it upon themselves to apply it anyway. SO they were more focused on getting the job done, even if it wasn't what I had purchased. I expect the top layer was nothing more then the dust and small particles of what there normal supplier had run out of. I am being presumptuous here as I have no idea where they got the top layer or why is just small parts and dust. I did call but got a response something of the nature of "that is what they loaded". Cournaya's admitted they were responsible for the mistake but to do this day I am still disappointed in the fact I never got what I was paid for nor was an adjustment that might offset the error. I have contacted other companies to see what I can do to get my drive the way I had originally paid Cournaya's and my only option is to have my drive scrapped, the new rock removed and then replaced with what I had paid for.

HVAC completely DESTROYED, twice, by FSM, needing significant repair and rebuild. NO HEAT for over a MONTH in winter, did not even respond to my messages. URGENT CARE: Their poor work landed me in urgent care due to mold vented into the home. DAMAGED SIDING and INSULATION: FSM cut a hole in my siding, leaving the insulation exposed for months (not resolved); DAMAGED FLOORING: FSM staff cut a large unnecessary hole in my floor (not resolved); FSM staff helped himself to what he wanted out of my yard, then entered my garage without permission, despite being banned from the property himself. POLICE and Ordinance had to be called. NOT SAFE to hire them. POOR quality: Seams not taped. Cuts in the liner. Grading NOT completed, leaving the entire project needing to be redone (not resolved); You end up doing the work: I had to dig my own crawl with their staff for 4 hours! REPEATED SAFETY RISK: FSM staff became aggressive on site and demanded more money from me. Spray foam, dirt, tools, and trash left behind on the liner. DUMP PILE left on the property. POOR COMMUNICATION: FSM either does not respond, or it takes weeks of nagging them. Even in severe instances of personal harm, they will leave you hanging. There is no difference in email, salesman, supervisor, foreman, text, calls, office- they are all the same and do NOT communicate with you or one another. BUYER BEWARE! DON'T do it! You pay a fortune to have this company destroy your property and cause you serious harm.
