Once we made the decision for Provia, Jennifer, office manger, kept us informed as there was about a 3-month waiting period. She too was great to work with. The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten. They went to Lowes and fix the issue the very same day it was discovers. We definitely recommend Doug and the entire install team as well as Mike and Nick.

Contract signed on date of visit, 1/3 of deposit paid ($850 dollars) work was to scheduled and completed within 45 days. To date, 9/24/21, have never been scheduled or any work done on basement at all. Issac P. has given me the "run around" or answers with promises of returning call after speaking to owner. Gil, has been left numerous voicemails, but has yet to respond. Nothing positive to say about this company. Had to file small claims suit and they have still yet to respond.
