We asked for help from the company owner and he said just call an adjuster. He couldn't be bothered I guess but he sure liked the commission off of our premium we paid. Come to find out this was a new company they were writing and they didn't even know the details of the policy and are now not using this company anymore for their clients homeowners policy. Did I mention we haven't heard a word from them to see how our claim has been going or our fight. We are on our own with absolutely no help or communication with them or from them. If you are smart, you will not employ them as your agents.

This process server was completely unprofessional. Over the course of six days, they repeatedly…read morecame to my home, beat on my door, peered through windows, and continued returning despite receiving no response. Every visit was captured on Ring cameras while our family was out of the country. The aggressive pounding on the door was enough to scare our house and dog sitter, who was staying at the home while we were away. They used deceptive tactics in an attempt to get a response regarding court paperwork connected to a case that has absolutely nothing to do with us. They repeatedly showed up at our property at all hours of the day (830-9pm--unacceptable!) and engaged in behavior that was more like stalking and harassment than professional process serving. I have video evidence of the repeated visits, aggressive knocking, wild rhetoric, and attempts to peer into my home. If this is how this company conducts business, people should be aware before hiring them. Should this happen again, we will contact law enforcement and provide the footage for harassment concerns. Avoid.

I am a recent college graduate, where my parents would do my car insurance for me. I recently went to do it on my own, never dealt with an insurance company before. So when I initially called them to get things changed I asked them to be specific and explain things so I know whats going on. Then i got a new car and emailed them and they were extremely vague. I recently had 445 dollars taken out of my account instead of the 200 I was told it would be a month. When I called to ask what is going on I was answered with an attitude, told I am a grown women and should have know that my premium was going to go up, that I am a grown women that will have to pay my bills, that they are tired of this, and more. I have truly never been talked to or disrespected in this way before. I would not use them or give them your money.

I had State Farm auto insurance for over five years. In December 2019, I moved from North Carolina…read moreto Texas where I was paired with this insurance office. It is now February 6, 2020 and it was not until yesterday that I found out that my insurance was cancelled on January 31, 2020 due to underwriting issues. Underwriting issues that were not my fault! I did not receive a call, email, or notice in the mail stating that my insurance would be cancelled or the reason why. What prompted me to call State Farm was a notice from the bank holding my car loan stating that they had received a cancellation notice. When I called on February 4th, they stated that there were not any notes and they would need to research and call me back. How can they cancel someone's insurance and not have any notes?! They called me on February 5th with the reason it was cancelled (again, not anything that I did) and provided me with a new quote that was $140 more than what I was paying. The only good thing that came of this situation is that, Christina, the individual assigned to my policy provided me with information to a broker who was able to find me a policy comparable to what I was paying. I was lucky though because State Farm had already reported the lapse in coverage. I'm so confused as to how everyone got notified but me! Needless to say, I don't recommend this insurance office.
