Listened to my issues before explaining his theory. Tenderness and pain due to inflammation in tendons. Fasciitis. Try a shot and some exercises. I went to Dr Mozen to make sure of that diagnosis since I had started to have symptoms again. He confirmed the diagnosis, told me it wasn't a bad case, and told me that I needed to renew the inserts every six months.
