Dr. Natalie Moussa, DPM, ive been with her for over a year, i never felt comfortable with her,…read moreshe's very cold, she doesn't spend a lot of time with folks, 2.5, 3 minutes tops, has very little to say, i needed surgery, she kept putting me off, on my last visit i received another shot in my foot but this time i felt no relief, i called my primary doctor to find a different doctor, come to find out the receptionist at my primary doctor see's the same foot doctor, we started comparing note's and her story & my story s are identical, she also said, on her last visit with Dr. Natalie Moussa, she also received a shot & she had no relief from her last shot, i thought this isn't possible, is this woman giving certain people saline? long story short what Dr. Natalie normally does is push $70 inserts on you, spends very little time with folks & pushes surgery conversations back each time, i wasted an entire year, i wonder if she's qualified? is she faking it? as i said my doctors receptionist had the identical experience, i wondered, is it just me, turns out, no it's not just me. my best advise, keep going find another who spends time with you, someone who's warm hearted rather than cold.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly podiatrist. Michele took X rays in the office and went over the results with me. Very thorough and she asked me questions along the way. The end result was nothing broken or fractured just a little inflammation and some good ole arthritis starting to set in. My symptoms are occasionally, not every day so I will keep using my ankle wrap, foot massager and the occasional Aleve as I discussed with Michele which she was pleased to hear how I was going about it. She did recommend another minimally invasive treatment should it come to that. I would recommend you give the office a call should you be suffering with foot and or ankle pain.

Wow! I brought my 4-year-old in today for an ingrown toenail and I could not be more pleased with…read moreour experience. They scheduled us quickly when I called yesterday, worried it was infected (it was) and they were flexible in scheduling around a series of doctor appointments I already had scheduled. The medical forms they had me fill out weren't overly cumbersome like they are at most offices. They took us right at the appointment time and each person we met was friendlier than the last - they were all so kind to my child and made her feel special and welcomed instead of afraid. The doctor came in right away and boy was he wonderful! He is so kind and gentle and patient. He didn't use any scary words in front of her, but made sure I understood everything he was going to do. We were done with the entire appointment, start to finish, in under twenty minutes, but never felt rushed. It felt like my child was the only patient they would see that day and she was their priority - very few doctors make you feel that way these days. And usually you have to be in a pediatrician's office or in the pediatric wing of a hospital to find medical professionals who know how to treat a child in such a respectful and age-appropriate way, but not here - this office knows what they're doing! Hopefully, our foot and toe issues are over, but if we ever have problems in the future, I know where we are going!
