I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails! My only complaint is that CORE sent me collagen dressings that, according to thier PA, I did not need, I did not order, and I did not know I would be receiving. The box of bandages just showed up on my doorstep. I cannot return them and my insurance did not pay the full cost of them so now I have to pay ~$400 for them.
