It has been distressing to learn that some of her personal belongings, which held significant sentimental value, have not been accounted for. These items were not only precious to her but also hold deep emotional significance for our family. Despite my initial report and the assurances I received regarding an investigation, I have yet to receive any updates or clarity on this matter. I kindly requested a prompt response outlining the steps being taken to locate my mother's belongings. As we navigate this difficult time, resolving this issue is crucial for our family's peace of mind. The administrative director initially looked into this, but never located her jewelry. When I reached out to find out the outcome of the investigation, I never got a response.

Everything .The staff at the front desk will be nice in the beginning over time they will be rude…read morebut try and act like they are joking with you.Most of the nurse staff is rude and they try and listen to your conversations and go and report back to someone what you say .The day room was dirty with food ,my mothers room was dirty and had food and body fluids on the floor for days .The food they provide for patiences is terrible ,it is either cold or under cooked or over cooked definitely not editable . There was no bars on the bed even though they knew my mother had a risk of falling . They would keep the call button out of reach and the phone so she couldn't call anyone . Some patients said they are denied showers for weeks and only get to shower a few times a month . They have had items stolen from them and the staff does nothing about it or the staff takes things out of the persons room and claims they stole it . While changing my mother ,a nurse rolled my over on the left side knowing that was were she had pain and my mother fell out of bed . She tried not to hit the TV stand ,the roller table and her face on the floor . She had two big bumps on her forehead and a huge black eye .She said she couldn't open her eye for a few days and when she could she say blurry . The nurse told her she better not tell anyone and that she just fell on her own . She had pain on her forehead for a few weeks and her face . My mother was dying from terminal breast cancer and she would have shortness of breath at times she was afraid to go to sleep because couldn't call for help if she needed anything . Last Wednesday she was trying to get help ,her room mates tried to get her help and push the call button they said it wasn't working ,and they took her phone book so no one could call me .A nurse said "she doesn't need the call button she's going to die anyway ". That is absolutely unacceptable. I didn't get to see her before she passed and then when I asked where she is ,they claimed they don't know . Then when I tried to ask what I could do about her injuries ?I was told to move on and let it go ,she's dead now and there's nothing you can do .I'm trying to find ways to file a complaint for the way she was treated .

No band-aid, no ointment nor administered any form of antibiotics. 4 wks. Transfer him to mass general 4th July , was diagnosed 7 dr team and had treatment plan within 6 hrs. The aggressively treated his wounds, pumped him antibiotics, he was in icc which is icu but in cardiac unit with 2 nurses each shift 24/7 to treat only him. Unfortunately he was so infected his entire blood was infected and he died July 9. Unfortunately, our experience was absolutely awful for numerous issues related to staff behavior, hygiene, and overall safety. We were forced to remove my family member due to her developed sepsis three times within a six-week period due to inadequate care for a wound. Despite this, we continued to experience poor communication and a lack of empathy from the staff. After removing our family member, we were contacted by the facility and threatened with the disposal of her prosthetic leg unless it was picked up within a specific timeframe. The staff member who called insisted on an impractical window for pickup during "normal business hours," even though our family has work commitments, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Additionally, our family member, who is diabetic, consistently reported that the food was absolutely disgusting, which led to her refusing meals. Her overall condition deteriorated during her stay, and she appeared sick and uncared for, which was very concerning. We believe this facility's standards are far below what should be expected for the care of vulnerable individuals. It is our hope that the management and health department takes these concerns seriously to prevent further harm to other patients. This place should be shut down. As a medical professional myself I'd be ASHAMED to say I work or have any association with this facility!!!!!

When she first arrived via ambulance, no greeting from anyone in facility. Sat in room w/ her for two hours - she could have fallen and died and no one would have known. Bed was wooden, no side rails, had to ask for those as a fall risk. Room was dirty, pubic hair on the toilet in BR. Dementia pt roaming into moms room 2-3x scaring all of us, no one seemed to care about this woman. CNA sitting in hallway w/ headphones in. Left my mom overnite. Got a call from her at 2AM scared crying. We tried to call back. The # on sticker that was on her room phone was wrong! Called and woke up an elderly man who told us to get her the hell out of there. Finally got her stayed on phone w/ her. Had soiled diaper, was 25 mins before staff came in to help her. No shower in the BR. How this place is running as a medical facility is beyond me. STAY AWAY!!!

Direct care personnel do not wear any kind of identification, so I have to ask every one's name just to know them. Medicals staff have no idea what they are doing. Told them what medication I am on, they decide to change my medication. causing a second panic attack since arrival. Have to ask what medication you are being given and how much. Arrived here on 11/27/24 now 11/30/24 at 4am. Have had two panic attacks. Staff response time to incidents are poor if at all. I had to get help for my roommate when he was having problems in the bathroom. They make you feel like I have to be here even though I can take care of myself just fine. Had to call 911 to get a response from staff. Because of the holiday and long weekend, I can't get anything done to my liking. have to call on friends to have things taken care of. I feel like i'm in prison with no say in my care. Because of the long weekend they can not do anything for me. everything need to go through the so called channels, except all the channels are off for the long weekend. My next step now is trying to get discharged from this place.. I feel so sorry for all of the other residents / patients here that can not speak up for themselves. 11/30/24 -8:am shift change Saturday morning waiting for my morning meds wish me luck. I will say one thing at least the day shift staff attitudes are much better than the overnight staff. Their attitudes suck at best!. My Dad had a medical emergency and required hospitalization which now meant my Mom needed assistance. Most importantly immediate overnight care. I was in a complete panic as to what to do. I was referred to Nursing on Demand. I cannot begin to say how grateful and thankful I am. I spoke with Brenda right away and she was able to get someone immediately!! I was so relieved. Angela has been a god sent. Thankfully my Dad is finally coming home. I hope I never am in a situation like this again, but with elderly parents with medical issues it is inevitable. I will absolutely be calling Brenda again. The attention and care that Nursing on Demand provides is without a doubt the best thing you can do.
