Although service is under restrictions now this is a large optical shop with a wider selection of frames than the smaller branches. I've looked at Pearle Vision and was impressed as this shop runs a close second. I mentioned I'm having trouble with their frames staying together and inquired as to whether they are all made by the same company. I was quickly assured they are not..of course I received a reply about how reliable the frames I'm using are. My next appointment with my Optometrist keeps getting pushed forward due to you know what so patience will prevail.

I feel he should have taken more time to really examine and find out why the double vision as well as dry eye symptoms. He gave me prisms in the glasess prescription in addition to a otc antihistamine drops. If you don't have problem eyes, this would be like going to an optometrist not an opthamologist. Huge difference. I came here just for complex eye problems but got the service like i went into a Walmart. I've made another appt with Health Partners to do the same exam.

Dr Seyller is always very thorough, friendly and fun as are all her staff. I think their receptionist is new and she was great. Welcoming and pleasant. Had my appointment and the optometrist had on ONE shoe and was rude as rude could be screaming at me and pretty much calling me a liar saying I could see far away and not up close(why would I lie?!) then by the end of the check up she was like "I'm not giving you your full prescription because it will be too strong" then proceeded to give me readers I paid over $300 for that are NO HELP! I have a picture of her walking around with no shoe and a recording of her screaming at me. Then when I asked them to send me my prescription THREE times they refused....then send me it after I told them ITS LAW they gave to send it to me, it was a prescription for readers!!!! How did my eyes go from +2.00 and +3.00 10 years ago to almost perfect how?! Then they sent me a bill saying I owed more because they didn't take my insurance and argued with me saying they never checked and blah blah. She was very thorough in testing my vision and helping me understand the different lens types to accommodate the presbyopia I've recently started experiencing. I also have dry eyes, which introduces another complication when choosing frames. This clinic is one of the only providers of 7eye frames (for dry eyes) in the twin cities, and Dr. Ko was very patient, taking the time to ensure I understood all of my options before choosing a frame. She also has a wealth of holistic knowledge about dry eyes and was able to provide useful insight around treatments, etc. The entire staff was very kind, friendly, and professional. They're really empathetic and dedicated to providing the best service possible.
