Even though they are across the street it's almost like they are on different planets. Wings offers great account options all with no or smaller fees. Rates are consistently more favorable regardless of the product in question. They aren't perfect in that you can find higher returns or even lower interest rates for car or house loans elsewhere, but they are almost always more favorable than other local institutions. The staff is great, the facility is nice, their mobile app makes it so you almost never have to go to a branch. I have to ding them for their service via phone, you could wait a while to get to talk to a human on the phone. I feel pretty good about keeping my money there and guess you would too...

I have had the really nice tellers with smiles and super polite . They make my day because they're so nice and make me feel welcomed . Then unfortunately there are the tellers who are rude and make me feel unwanted and that my business is nothing to them. I get reimbursement checks from work with I have to cash for work. Half the time I get a teller who is rude to me. One teller told me that even so my name is in the check because the company's name is on there too that I couldn't not cash the check. They were really rude about it and snotty. Why do you have to be snotty ? You can be informative without making me feel ashamed about doing my job. Today I went into the bank at 9:30 am. The teller I worked with has blond hair, didn't see name tag and she had an attitude of "I don't want to be here". I asked her to cash the check, which I had my company correct it so it does not have the company's name after mine. The first thing she asks me with an attitude is if I even have a bank account with US Bank. Dude, a polite way is to just assume and ask my bank account info so you can proceed. I told her yea but don't just assume that I'm not a US Bank account holder. She walked off and cashed my check. No asking how I wanted back or anything. I just thanked her and told her I hope she had a better day. A smile and being polite goes a long way.
