So, in the unlikely event you encounter an issue, you are dealing with one company. The team of five (5) installers arrived on time and ready to go. We had moved 1/2 of the furniture to a neighbor's garage to give them room to maneuver. Watching the installers work was like watching an NBA game. Within 30 minutes, the remaining furniture was moved to one room. 60 minutes later, all the old carpet in the dumpster. In comes the new carpet. By the end of the 2nd day, the carpet is down and the furniture moved back into place. The speed! The precision! On top of that, they were really nice and considerate. Carpet One also made us 3' by 3' braided carpet mats from the extra carpet which we use on our linoleum kitchen floor. That was 2015. It's now 2021. The carpet still looks brand new (we paid a premium to buy the best grade carpet). No regrets. Would definitely use CarpetOne again and recommend. But honestly, the way the carpet is holding up, it may outlast us. Epilogue: after much research, we purchased a Bissell Pet Hair Eraser vacuum. We don't have pets, but it does an excellent job. So where does he get his carpet? that's so much better then Home Depot or Menards? I'm just sad that Carpet Outlet no longer has discount prices, it use to be my go-to place. I visited many furniture stores and found out that due to COVID, shipping was backed up to July in some instances. I just couldn't find the perfect couch. I had almost given up when I went to Abbott's. I found the best couch and I was able to take it right off the floor! The salesmen were properly masked and so polite while answering my endless questions. My couch was delivered quickly and even the gentlemen who delivered it were wearing masks.
