Since 10/1/18 things have run very smoothly: management has thoughtfully kept me current on Mom's situation - something very important when worrying about your Loved One in FL when living in CA. The caregiver is a wonderful person and really cares about Mom; we communicate directly, if needed. The office staff has been prompt and efficient. I call office only to get Voice Recording that they are dealing with other clients .Leave a message and they will Return my call.Well, no call back so I call again.Lady answers with screaming baby.When "Shay" was not going to come,sick.Office person called me 15 min before she was to arrive to inform me and that she would"try" to get someone else.1 1/2 hours later she text me to say "Mellissa" was on her way. Waited another 1 1/2 hrs had to call back and ask "Where is Mellissa coming from, Miami" so she said "I'll see where she's at".
