We booked a Private Label tour, me and my mother, and let me tell you, for being first time wine…read moretourists, we want to do this AGAIN! We loved our tour guide Robin! She was very courteous and made sure we were comfortable and provided anything she could if we needed it! She also gave us history on our commute and thought quickly to fill our itinerary when we had extra time in the AM, so we squeezed in a fun little Gem! (No spoilers!) Then we ended up not feeling Fredericksburg (old body injuries were not letting me enjoy Fredericksburg) and she happily took us to a sandwich place on the way to our next wine tour. We had a lovely lunch! For all our tours she spoke up for us, asked kindly if we wanted her to take our pics-which was great since we were just drinking it up and would forget about pictures! ^_^ We can't wait to go back on these wine tours! Love you Robin!

Love the park and ride, it's a relief being able to drink alcohol and not have to worry about calling an uber or cab. The park and ride allows you the opportunity to just relax, and enjoy the experience. If you log onto their website they have different tour packages. We did the Guadalupe River tour. We stopped at 3 Winery's and a distillery and tried some moonshine. We stopped for lunch in Comfort, Tx which was a cute little town. You get out and enjoy a some time looking around before moving on with the tour. The winery's they take you to are just amazing. What you get for the price is such a great deal. We never felt rushed. They allowed us to sight see and allowed us to just take our time to enjoy each winery. Diana or Robin even took our photos.

These are the most uncomfortable busses I've ever ridden in. And I say "these" because we had to…read morehave THREE different busses during our four hour winery tour. Luckily we started the tour while the day was still in the 80s, so even though the bus was stuffy, we made it to the first winery stop with only one near-carsickness episode (the driving was erratic at best as well). Upon arrival to our first stop I notified the driver that the AC was not working. He took initiative to call another bus to meet us so that we could switch for the next portion of the drive. We learned the second bus also did not have working AC about 2 minutes into the ride. The AC would circulate for UP TO 30 seconds before shutting off for at least 60 seconds. And so on. Today was a 100+ degree day. We got to the second stop of the tour and notified our driver (yet again, not to mention he took us in the complete wrong direction on the road and a 12 minute ride turned into a 28 minute ride). The THIRD bus showed up while we were on our second winery stop. It had "working AC" however there was also a spent miller lite can in a magnetic koozie stuck to one of the bus walls. No doubt from the last ride. The first bus had potential. The entire group was so excited for our day. It had a cooler, was stocked with drinks, and looked well kept. It went downhill so quickly. This experience was 100% not worth the money. We could have used car services for all 10 in the group and still spent less money than this cost us.

From the initial email from Catherine after I filled out the online information form, to the day of communication from her with our driver information, etc, the entire process was fantastic! Catherine was so pleasing and professional, even throughout my endless questions and itinerary changes. When tour time came, our driver was super nice, and the bus was awesome! The only small thing I can think of, is to have the buses equipped with bluetooth capability so we could have played our own music. Other than that, though, the experience was perfect. Book them! Drink wine! Be happy!
