On the third day they had still not submitted the claim. They said on the third day they would submit it. Fourth day, no submission. 5th day they said they would submit it. It's 7/30/23 and they have not submitted it. It has been over 90 degrees in jackson ms. This entire time. I asked the technician if he could expedite this claim because I have a young child and pets in my house. He said "I'm in attics all day, I know what hot is." I have been living in a hotel since 7/21/23. I have yet to get a call from 'Cozy soluitions' since 7/21/23. They have a total disregard for their customers. Who does this? Do not use this company for anything unless you plan to have a religious experience in a hot box.
