Although it took nearly three months from estimate to completion, when it was finally done, the product used seems to be acceptable and the final appearance is good. I will have to say that weather did play a roll in some of the delays, but we have a home business and set four different times aside where we shut down in order to allow for the job to be done and allow for drying. None of those times were met, and I don't feel that in all cases weather was a factor, and revenue was lost.
I feel that communication played a big factor. Calls and e-mails were not returned, and when they were, excuses were given to the effect that larger jobs were taking precedence. The folks were nice and indeed personable, but smaller jobs don't seem to be their forte. Again I will say that they did finally finish the job adequately, eventually, which is more than I can say about other companies in the area which never even bothered to return even the initial phone call. I would use them again, but would not hold my breath waiting for the job to get done. By the way, I'm still waiting for a receipt for part of the work that was done and that has been almost a month. I have tried to honest and fair with my review and in no way saying that their work was not good. Just slow and unaccommodating to the customer. read more
