Alex and his crew at Aspen Paragliding are outstanding. They know what they are doing, always put safety first, and treat their customers exceptionally well. This adventure is a "don't miss" Aspen activity. I am a fixed-wing private pilot, and Alex allowed me to geek-out about all of the aviation aspects of flying paragliders. My non-pilot wife--who was nervous going into the day--also had a great time. You will enjoy this adventure. Go for it! read more

I highly recommend Aspen Paragliding. From initial contact with the business owner, Alex, I got a great feeling. I was always on board but my cousin was a little nervous. Alex was exceptionally kind and spoke with my cousin several times to review safety protocols and ease his stress. That alone shows how much Alex and the company value the client's experience. What I also respected about Alex was that I inquired about price differences between a different company out of town and Alex spoke very highly of that company; he let me know they were old employees and ensured they also ran a high quality program. I decided to go with Aspen Paragliding for 2 main reasons. First, the launch was at a higher altitude and allowed for longer flight duration. Second, and more important, he was super jovial and stoked on flight! His patience with my cousin's reservations was admirable and he helps foster his employees/pilots to meet the customer where they are at and tailor the flight to each individuals desires/wishes (e.g., a more mellow flight or a flight with some fun turns, etc.) Side note, my cousin decided to join and had a phenomenal experience. This was a totally awesome experience during our stay in Aspen. Really appreciated Alex picking up/dropping off at our hotel. The tandem pilots were superb. In addition to their high skill level and admirable experience, they were great guides and coaches. They were calm and alleviated any fears one may have. They experience of "floating" in the air during our "ride" was unbelievable. It was exhilarating and yet relaxation. It brought tears of joy to my eyes. This is a MUST. Given another opportunity, I would do it in a heartbeat. read more

Booked this for me and my 3 girls; ages 14-21. AMAZING and worth every penny; how often can you get an experience like this, just do it. This is the highlight of our Aspen trip and likely something my girls will be talking/bragging about into their adulthood. You may be nervous, but get over it... once you've done it you will wonder what you were scared of. read more

This was by far one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had!! From start to finish these folks were incredible, easy booking, Alex answered all my questions I had in anticipation of the flight, and on flight day it was just nonstop fun. They are so organized, everyone on the staff is so friendly, just made it a fun time. Tomek, my pilot, was so helpful, coaching me through everything I needed to know, and once airborne it was just absolutely glorious! Soaring above Aspen Mountain, looking down on the valley, Tomek worked so hard to find the right thermals to lift us up higher--it was just fantastic. Santa highly recommend this experience!! read more

Aspen Paragliding - Best day ever!! Soaring like a bird over Aspen is hands down the quintessential Aspen experience. Thanks to everyone at Aspen Paragliding - Paragliding Near Me - Aspen, Colorado

I've flown with these guys several times over the years, and I can't say enough about them. Everytime I return, it feels like catching up with best friends and frolicking around, jumping off mountains. They make your safety their foremost priority; I've had several cancellations because of imperfect weather, and frustrating as it is, it is plentifully obvious that they have your best interests at heart. Alex, Tomek, Craig, I love you guys, and can't wait to see you again this summer! What better surroundings than Aspen for soaring like eagles? Even if you are terrified of heights, the feeling of elation would not even allow the fear of heights to set in. read more

This was by far the coolest experience of my life. All of the pilots were passionate about what they do and made me feel so at peace on the air (even while conquering my biggest fear of heights). I wasn't even scared when we took flight, I was more nervous from the built up anticipation. It was absolutely amazing getting to fly and see things from a whole other view. Thank you so much. If I'm ever in Aspen I'm doing this again! read more

Take a trip with this company is one of the top three things you should do in Aspen! The company is amazing and friendly staff! Take a ride with them to feel truly alive! My 15-year-old son and a friend had a great time with Aspen Paragliding. We have used them several times over the years and the kids have always enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend booking a trip with Aspen Paragliding. read more

Although myself and my group never had the chance to paraglide, we still showed up planning to. We had a reservation in place for 10 AM, but unfortunately the paragliding professionals informed us that the conditions were too windy out by the airport. They were friendly and tried to make other arrangements for us for another day. I give this place five stars strictly on the fact that they take safety first before taking customers money. They lost $1500 worth of business, but they put safety first, which is important read more

This is a well run business with experienced pilots and great customer service. Our group of 4 had the time of our lives! Safety was a key focus. The pilots were not only knowledgable and experienced but talked us through every little detail so we would know what to expect. Danno was my pilot, and I couldn't imagine a better person to take me up! read more

What an incredible experience! I've always wanted to fly above a mountain range and Aspen Paragliding made it happen. We booked what turned out to be the first flight of the summer season (06/02) and were informed that we may not be able to go because the path was still blocked by snow. I told Alex (the owner) how excited we had been for the trip and he made alternative arrangements for us! We agreed to do a short hike up to the launch site (the jeep couldn't reach it b/c of the snow) and we set sail! We flew with Alex and Patrick as our tandem guides and they were so helpful and professional. They explained everything in great detail which made us feel safe, and they handled it all so we were able to just enjoy the experience. While in the air they explained the mechanics of flying and even let us take control for a bit! This was such a cool experience and is not to be missed. The view of Aspen was incredible and the people we flew with were the best! read more

My husband and I went to Aspen and I really wanted to paraglide over the Rocky Mountains, but wasn't quite sure if I would be safe or not doing it. These guys are AMAZING! I truly mean it. They completely put my mind at ease. I am a type 1 diabetic and the whole time they were completely attentive to my needs and made sure I had what I needed. Alex is the best. He answered all my questions, brought Gatorade for me, and helped put my mind at ease. My pilot, Doug, was awesome too. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them! read more
