Omg!! Omg!! I had the greatest experience with Aspen Dental!!! Today I just had two teeth pulled. A tooth I broke while eating popcorn (Never eating popcorn again) and a Wisdom tooth. I was actually laughing and smiling with the staff. The atmosphere was wonderful. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Sadda is the dentist well oral surgeon who pulled my two teeth. When he began I felt those painful sticks I asked "Are you sticking me with a needle???" He responded "Possibly." I just smiled and laughed. It was my talk therapist Devina who located Aspen dental for me. My previous dental experience at Meadow Ranch Dental was so traumatic that I suffered a Grand Mal Seizure after leaving their office last week Wednesday. I just cried and cried because I wasn't heard. Not at Aspen dental. I was heard. I felt like I mattered and when the day finally came to have my teeth extracted I walked out into the waiting room where my husband was waiting for me and said "I'M FINISH!" Like all of the other reviews I had a horrible experience. They gave me no choice but to get an expensive gingivitis cleaning even though I have been getting my teeth cleaning with no issues every 6 months for 20+ years (at another dentist). The cleaning was no different and less thorough than cleaning I have had from my previous dentist, unfortunately I moved out of state so I had to find a new dentist. I asked the hygienist what the difference was for this special cleaning compared to the regular cleaning covered by insurance and she said nothing, but I only would have to pay for the cleaning the first time? This is a scam to get new patients to pay more for the same service. I would have gone somewhere else after the high pressure sales pitch but they had already taken what felt like 50 X-rays which I did not want to repeat at a different practice. read more

I was forced to pay for services in order to schedule an appointment for the treatment needed. The next day, I changed my mind and canceled the appointment(s). However, the money paid was not credited back to my credit card. Now, I have to call an ask for a refund again. In addition, I received a second opinion and got all my needs taken care for a much cheaper price. The extra effort was worth it. No unnecessary work done. read more

I had my second soft realignment today. As always, Kadian, made my bite for my temporary dentures back where it should be. I'd also like to note, Kadian is one of the reasons why I go back to the dentist office without fear. As someone with a lifelong fear of dental work, it doesn't go unnoticed, her calm demeanor and care for individuals is appreciated greatly. I had a $4,500 bridge installed due to a prior dentist screwing up a crown requiring a tooth to be pulled. The new dentist at (Dr. Robert Penrod (DMD?) - License: DN16814) at Aspen Dental screwed up one of the perfectly good teeth to install the bridge and tried to tell me the pain would go away in a couple days. The pain never went away even after multiple visits for the same issue, so he referred me to a root canal specialist. When I asked about the cost of the root canal they referred to a waiver about unforeseen potential issues. When I questioned the dentist "So you screwed up a perfectly good tooth that now requires a root canal" his response was "Yes, that sometimes happens". What a pathetic practice!!! When I talked to the office that I was referred to they even told me that Aspin change dentists frequently indicating multiple problems with them... Don't be stupid, use ANY other provider besides Aspen Dental!!!!! read more

My extraction was done here and I had a great experience with the dentist, hygienist and tech. The after treatment is where the aggravation and disappointment comes in...the dentist gave me a script for a pain medication. Today is day 3 of me literally suffering in pain because my pharmacy is unable to get in contact with the office in order to verify the prescriber and DEA #. He's not found and the # doesn't match per the pharmacy records. And I know the pharmacy isn't lying because they called the office while I was there and I also called, no answer and left a voicemail and no return call. And I find it ironic being that they HARRASS you with appointment reminders with endless calls, emails and texts. I'm so glad that I did not schedule my follow up care and visits with this office. read more

Horrible place. Went for a toothache. They take xrays then the hygienist comes in to measure bone density. I ask her to please not touch my tooth. She says she won't but it's the first tooth she jabs with her pokey thing. I made her stop after a few more teeth, because my mouth was bleeding. The dentists comes in, accuses me of being rude and says it's necessary for a complete exam. I couldn't trust him. I ran out of there. Read the reviews people, this place is a scam. read more

I made a wisdom tooth appointment about a month and a half. I had talk to the people at the front desk over the phone, which was my first mistake, and they told me that everything would be all right and to come in on Friday a little early I came in a day ahead because I couldn't get a hold of them. They told me that they were down nationwide, and that there was no oral surgeon that would be able to take me on Friday. If the front desk lady knew that the oral surgeon came in once a month and wouldn't be there on the day that I requested why didn't she tell me???? a little frustrated with them and they told me to find somewhere else at last minute for wisdom teeth appointment. We are officially done with Aspen dental and they're poor service. read more

Aspen Dental is such a scam! Wife went for consult, and to schedule routine cleaning. That wanted $1000 for a deep clean. Wanted her to come every 4 months! No issues, or cavities or anything wrong. Just said "she had deep" pockets in her teeth and therefore a light cleaning wouldn't be good enough. They would NOT budge on demanding $1000 for a routine cleaning!!!! They don't care about the patient, or providing a good service, just about making money. Check out any of the reviews for any of the Aspen locations. They should be investigated for scamming people out of unnecessary services. Will NEVER recommend or visit them again! They are only out for their benefit read more
