The care provided by "Spenz" was over the top! She understood my particular special needs and made needed adaptations without making me feel self-conscious. I was especially appreciative of how pretty she made me feel by complimenting my outfit. She was kind without being patronizing and seemed to understand exactly what she was to do when she was to do it. I also liked how she worked with the other professionals. It seems like a real team is at work and everyone gets along so well. This is not always the case. The Dental Technician-"Bri" was also amazing. She fit and refit my implant impression until it looked and felt exactly like I want it. Let me tell you, they are BEAUTIFUL!!! Bri was so patient, gentle and skilled. She then had the Dentist double check her work to be certain it was exactly the "smile" it should be for my facial bone structure! My only issue for this visit, was the curt treatment from the office manager, Katarina .When I was asked how I was doing. I answered, "Not too good, Katarina, since my appointment was at 10 & I have been sitting in this chair for an hour". I was told that it was a busy day and that "Doc" was dealing with a difficult procedure & there were a lot of patients before me. She then turned around and left. I believe I deserved better treatment despite the situation. I also did not think her off -the- shoulder sweat shirt and jeans looked very appropriate for her position but then I am old. Also since I started this procedure 12 months ago I have seen 6 different dentists! At this center alone there have 3 different receptionist, Katarina being the rudest of all of them and 2 different Dental Asst who have been lovely. Where is Meagan? Where is that first receptionist who really did smile and welcome me when I came into Aspen? I just wonder now if my plan of care will truly be finished or once my implants are placed, I will be shoved out the door, with a "Good Riddance" since I paid for everything in advance! read more

Do not use Aspen Dental! I have been dealing with poor dental work, insurance fraud (billed insurance for work not done) and billing errors for months. Always told we are escalating it and no one does anything. Multiple calls and waits for answers. Going on month FOUR! read more

Had four fillings done, trouble with three of the four. Doc seemed rushed and did not have a steady hand, felt like a bit of a hack job. His assistant left mid procedure, on multiple visits they chatted amongst themselves about being understaffed. I still had pain and sensitivity weeks later. I returned for a follow up, one filling had to be redone as it was contaminated during the filling process and has since become infected. Doc said the other two painful fillings looked fine but recommended root canals and/or extractions anyway, I am dubious. Bottom line, I have lost confidence in this dentist and will not be letting him near my mouth again. I am seeking a second opinion and treatment for the infected tooth elsewhere. On a positive note, the dental hygienist was great. read more

Sent me to another dentist because he thought i needed a root canal and he doesn't do them. Went to another dentist who said the aspen dentist was actually looking at the wrong tooth and would have put a crown on the wrong tooth, worst dental experience i've ever had. read more

I can't give less then one star but I would if I could, I made an appointment weeks ago they said it's set up and sent an email. A day before my appointment they called to confirm I missed the call but I called back and left a voicemail confirming my appointment. I then go in at the time of my appointment and they don't have me scheduled for an appointment so I showed the guy at the front desk my appointment confirmation email and he asked his coworker is they could squeeze me in and his coworker couldn't be bothered to get off her phone long enough to answer his question. Very unhappy and very unprofessional environment and I'm not going to be going there any time soon. read more

Not only that, they wanted to reschedule for next week - I just took a handful of amoxicillin for this appointment because of my knee replacement!! Omg!! **Update** The Regional Manager called me today and has completely taken care of this issue. Billing is a joke. The "estimate" they give you isn't worth the paper it's printed on. They don't tell you about what the insurance covers vs the procedures they are going to do, so you end up with a bill for the difference. 4 fillings for my child ended up costing me a little over $500 since they lacked the ability to do their proper job and tell me what the insruance covers vs what they wanted to do. Then when I contact this office, they tell me they will resubmit the claim and let me know. No one got back to me and I received a collection notice in the mail. Called back and the response I got was "oh, that office manager is no longer here". Ridiculous. read more

This place is a joke. FIRST I'm in a fixed income just a little over $800.00 a month. I came in for a specific problem they had to do a complete set of xrays and a pan (a complete picture of my mouth on one X-ray) mind you you could see the problem I came for. Only to be told they couldn't do anything for me that day because they needed to go over "financing" with me. After being told my TOTAL to have EVERYTHING fixed was almost $10,000. I didn't come in for EVERYTHING to be fixed only a specific problem and they couldn't and didn't even address it! But they did tell me that my insurance wouldn't pay for the "pano" that they insisted that I have done at the tune of $250.00, seriously! 1 month after my visit I was having to deal with a collection agency that they wanted all the money now and I said that I was in a fixed income and could only pay this amount but they would take that amount, but they cashed the check every month! I had not been to the dentist in several years but have good hygiene. I feared several cavities and possibly a cracked tooth. After a quick and thorough exam, my pain was from flaxseed stuck in my gum and my feared cavities were simply stains except for two very shallow spots that the dentist thinks might be reversible and can simply be monitored. All the staff including the dentist seemed genuinely concerned about my medical history and my dental care. They were nice and knowledgeable. read more

I would give this place a less than zero rating if I could. Not only do they charge exuberant prices, but they do a terrible job! It's pretty bad when you have your teeth cleaned and two weeks later another dentist tells you that your teeth need to be cleaned! They put in unnecessary fillings in a tooth that needed a root canal, then tell you that they can't do a root canal the tooth needs to be pulled and a bridge put in. More money! Went for a second opinion and had root canal done. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Don't go here! Find a good dentist elsewhere! read more

Their prices are ridiculous if you have insurance they jack the prices up of you don't they keep the prices lower for the same thing. I had my brother and I go in for the same thing with no insurance and insurance and compared prices. They wanted 800 dollars for a cleaning of teeth and for him only 150 dollars. I had a mouthful of issues. I had problems & the dentist & staff had little to no compassion. The dentist was down right mean & made me feel as though I was crazy for the amount of pain I was experiencing after a root canal. Their prices are ridiculously high & they insisted on additional services before a recommended service on the confusing plan they came up for my problems. It seems they were always adding to the plan. I was an emotional wreck for every appointment. I wrote a review on their site & they immediately removed it. I've since changed to a local family dentist & each time, the worst procedures are handled w such compassion & care, I am amazed at how great I feel. Everything is explained so I understand. No hidden costs, fees or surprises. I am not told I need a cleaning or planing before they can do this or that procedure. My dentist now has said many of their patients have come from Aspen w complaints & bad experiences like mine. Further, 1 of my teeth Aspen said I needed a root canal & my dentist now says I don't. Asoen has yet to get my exrays & records to my new dentist! I wish I had found the dentist I go to now $5k ago! read more

horrible experience. Went for a partial denture. The fit is lousy. It is a waste of money. They overcharge you and their work is absolutely a joke. The doctor gets irritated when you complain, although, its your money. The work that was performed was bottom rate half behind and low rated work. I will never be able to wear this Joker fake mess.
