Worst place I've ever been too in my entire life. The people are rude. They will lie to you. they have horrible communication. They will make you a crap ton of appointments and do nothing but waste your time, and still charge you thousands and thousands of dollars. Biggest scam. Genuinely take these bad reviews into consideration and the low rating overall shows! Do not make the mistake of getting wound up with them.! And if you have a real job don't count on them to care if you took time off to go here they will still cancel on you last minute anyways with no remorse! There is no reason for anyone, to ever go to, Aspen Dental. While having a crown, that was being made, I lost a temporary tooth. Mistakenly, I went to Aspen Dental, to get a temporary toot, put in. The first so called dentist, didn't have a clue, how to do a temporary tooth. The second so called dentist, put a temporary in, that was way to small. Due to their mistake, I chipped the tooth next to it. If I lived anywhere near Lewiston, I'd take them, to small claims court. It took the person, five minutes to put in the temporary. Made me sign up for credit card even though I said I would pay out of pocket. Charged the amount of my appointment to the credit card in advance and I did not attend this appointment?? So now the credit card company is charging me $700 for an appointment I never attended and it is affecting my credit. I have called 12 times to try and reach someone and they never answer the phones and have the most ridiculous hours. Wish I could provide a negative number for Aspen dental in Lewiston Idaho. On more than one occasion the front desk girls were rude and argumentative. They say they take cash payments, but no. My Husband and I moved to Lewiston 8 months ago and had to find a new dental office. I liked the look and location of this Aspen Dental office on Thain Road in Lewiston. We scheduled our first appointments and were not disappointed. The office was clean and inviting and the staff were all so warm and friendly. Dr Martin was so friendly and knowledgeable and he made us both feel like we made a very good choice in a dental office! We are senior citizens who do not have dental insurance so we purchased the discount plan they offer which is so reasonable at only $59 for the both of us for a year. We receive 2 check ups each and exrays free for each year plus 30% off on most services needed after the check ups. This has been a huge savings for us by far. The entire staff has been consistently warm and friendly to us and the dental staff are all very well trained with gentle hands. Thankfully! I would whole heartedly recommend this dental office to anyone! read more

Worst experience ever with any kind of a dr.s office! Don't go to Lewiston office! Maybe the others are better, but these people and the way they handle business is unacceptable! After 3 visits, countless phone calls, stopping in just to talk to them they can't figure out my billing for an insurance co. who's network they are in. May of '23 all my top teeth pulled. They gave me a "healing denture" that I should have taken for a warning.. my husband and I both went there. He was having root canals and crowns. They have always been 'pay before we do anything' so we had been all up front. Went for crown seating and final denture fitting. Crabby front desk woman was very rude and demanded the money. I told her I never received anything that said I owe. This trip. I was told that they r mailed it to THIS MORNING. 3 hours before my appointment, oh and it is an hour or better to drive there. I tried to say I could give money then, not the whole $1,437.00 but some and then get it taken care of in two weeks. Well, it was a super short down hill ride for her attitude and she said "you are fired as a patient " she then proceeded to call the police because I would not leave her building...I was not leaving until someone did something about the fact that my dentures are totally paid for but I don't have them. Also, my husband's temporary crown is off and they wouldn't seat the new one. She told me to take him with me.. she is a piece of work. I have contacted legal because now they are guilty of fraud and theft. And it's been 10 months and I still do not have teeth... Aspen dental is awful. Don't go there. read more

(11/16/23) A month ago I posted a review stating how I had taken my handicapped son to aspen dental to get inserts, and how they had botched the process by failing to remove all of his teeth. Further, they had refused to return the $18,000.00 I had paid them. The next day a bot, claiming to be the business owner apologized and suggested I contact the "customer satisfaction team". I have seen Aspen Dental Lewiston, ID a couple of times. Every time the front desk clerk has been rude and argues with me upon if my insurance paid or not, when I have a letter at home saying they did. They took no time nor no care upon if my partial fit correctly or not. They just seem to be money grubber and to tell you the truth I think they double bill by saying insurance did not cover and then pop you with an out of the pocket expense. All though the dentist is great the rest sucks. If I knew they would try to get an out of the pocket charge I would have never came. read more

I would like to say that the treatment plan and dental work I received was fine. My issue is with the billing process. The quotes I received were not honored. Probably because they were so far off Aspen would lose money. The billing process is not explained very well. Especially since Aspen states they honor their quotes. I have dual insurance and ended up paying about $560.00 dollars above the quoted prices I received. If the quotes and what my insurance provider covers was off a little, not a big deal. But $560.00 dollars? My experience is that I feel betrayed and taken advantage of. I will not be a return customer. I would not recommend Aspen dental to anyone. Leaving any customer with the feeling of betrayal and being taken advantage of is very poor customer service. read more

STAY AWAY! This office is the reason everyone fears going to the dentist. The front desk staff was awesome but the dentist that pulled my teeth was rough and severely lacking in bedside manner, he was so rough that I could barely hold my head still during the extraction process. He hurt me over and over again and he seemed to be so rushed. He never asked if I was ok, he just threw a gauze in my mouth and walked out when it was over not saying a single word to me and giving me zero instructions. I was offered no pain medication, given a few gauze and some unreadable paper instructions by the front desk staff and sent on my way. I felt like nothing but a dollar sign to this place. I have a rare disease which has rotted my teeth so I need alot of dental work, because of my experience here I have literally had nightmares, it traumatized me and I was fearful to continue my dental journey. But, I have now established care with a new dentist who is compassionate, gentle and understanding of my situation. He has my patronage for life and I will spend the rest of that life shouting from rooftops for people to steer clear of the Lewiston Aspen dental office. read more

I cannot say that I had a good experience here at all. Initially, I was just willing to move on, but today I received a bill from collections for which I had never been notified. I had a perfect credit score and would have paid if someone told me, but I didn't receive a letter, an email nor a phone call. THIS OFFICE WILL TRY TO TAKE YOU FOR ALL YOUR WORTH. I only went into this dentist once because they recommended numerous surgeries that no one else I had ever gone to thought was needed and told me I had a cavity. I have one baby tooth that they said needed to be removed ASAP because who knows what damage it will cause in the future. Literally, every dentist I have ever seen has told me to keep that as long as possible and to be happy because it's roots were strong. Every dentist since then has said that too. Because I could tell they were trying to get money out of me I went and got my cavity checked out by someone else. Turns out I had no cavities and still haven't for a year following. THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Imagine if they had given me a filling I never needed. I drove an hour for to get to a place covered by my insurance and at the end of the day I left feeling swindled and I can't even say my teeth were that clean when I left. Now, I'm at collections for a $45 bill that no one ever told me I was responsible for. (Not to mention that 45 bill was for floride. I normally pay 8 - 15 dollars for floride. They didn't even ask me if I wanted it either! Just put it on and billed me.) I called and made an appointment for my husband to have an exam and xrays with Aspen Dental in Lewiston. I verified the date and time and then the person I was talking to said they would see me in Nampa. I stopped them and said no, we were scheduling in Lewiston. They said, 'oh yeah, that's right'. After ending the call I called back and got another person. They verified my appointment date and time in Nampa! I corrected the place again (we are five hours from Nampa); the woman said she had corrected the information and our appointment was scheduled in Lewiston. This morning we headed to Lewiston to keep the dental appointment and I received a message confirming our appointment in Nampa! When I spoke with the Lewiston office they confirmed that we did not have an appointment there (in fact they are closed for lunch at the time we were scheduled). About an hour later I received a phone call from Aspen Dental wanting to know why my husband was a no-show at the Nampa office. I told them I'd find another dentist. So....no idea if the dentist at the Lewiston office is any good or not. But simply trying to get an appointment was so time consuming and exhausting I will go elsewhere. read more

I wish I could give them minus 5 stars because they are scam. First they say they will give you a discount then after I paid the amount I still get a bill for $450 dollars in my mail every month. Even thou I called them 10 times already and said that I paid and they answered that they will fix it I still get the bill every month. Its a scam. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more
