Horrible that they waste people's time by canceling appointments without having communicated with the client,

Very knowledgable, very very down to earth and personable, and Dr. Nick is a complete sweetheart. He is willing to go above and beyond the physician's oath that they must work by! I need to note that I am seeing him for dentures and NOT for real teeth so for those who need general dentistry, I cannot rate but WHO LOVES (or even likes getting dental work done? Hence, why I just pulled all my teeth in my early 30's! Way cheaper and no more tooth pain! That's the only real way to go in my personal opinion! But if you like root anals, crowns which last MAX 10 years and then break off at the gum line, ultimately forcing you to get the tooth pulled anyway, just to flush thousands of dollars down the toilet going this way then just DO YOU! I haven't gotten my dentures yet, but Im extremely confident that they will finally look and feel much better this 3 Rd time around!

First off, I'm in a situation where "fixing" teeth is pointless, extraction is my only option. With…read morethat being said, I'll continue. I sheered a molar off at the gum line, gritting my teeth while maneuvering a cast iron bathtub. Go ahead and laugh! It was Saturday afternoon. The office doesn't open until Tuesday. So I called and left a message for them to contact me asap. I could sense that an abscess was starting along with the pain, so I began a regiment of gargling with whiskey, since Listerine was just too weak for the job. ( garge not swallow!) I knew what you were thinking! Anyway Tuesday morning rolls around and I get a call to come in. I was actually shocked that they could squeeze me in that soon. So I go in, tell them the story, and they promptly take me in for an x-ray. Upon viewing it by the assistant and the doctor, it was decided that 4 teeth had to take a permanent leave of absence. So they commenced to prep me, numb me, and give me time to soak in the nitrous. Soon after, the doctor came in and begin his task. He said that 3 of them came out smoothly, but the 4th was a little "bumpy". I didn't inquire as to the details, but I can only imagine. I've had some jobs go "bumpy" on me too! So here it is, 24ish hours later, and all pain seems to be gone, no bleeding, etc. Things seem to be going as planned. Taking my prescribed meds, as well as Naprixen. So far all is well. I started going to Dr. Wagner via a referral from a friend. I'm happy that I took the advice! This wasn't my first visit, but it was my first to their new facility. Although relatively new, the building and equipment appears spotless and clean. Their attention to detail on this, as well as the instruments they use is top notch. I am always greeted warmly and with smiles. I am talked to like a friend, and conversation is easy. It's not just all business. I am talked to one on one and in layman's terms. I always am consulted as to how to proceed, not just what the doctor suggests. Decisions are made mutually and agreed upon. (Usually with explained reasoning by both parties) The entire atmosphere is calm, pleasant, and friendly. The amount of care, compassion, and professionalism they put into the experience is unsurpassed. I suggest their practice to anyone who asks me. I will continue to do so!

I cracked my front tooth, and she put a temporary crown on it. When she put the crown in at my…read morefollow up A MONTH LATER, she did a filling on two other teeth. I also received a night guard from the Smile Center. Well, the permanent crown was too big for my face. I told her I wanted to keep my gap; the crown definitely filled my gap. But it also shoved my other teeth over and caused my gums to bleed excessively and I experienced severe pain in two other teeth. One of my fillings kept peeling off of my tooth - I've never even heard of this happening. When I went back to have my bleeding gums and painful teeth addressed, she didn't check my bite. She blamed my hormones and set up an appointment for me to see an endodontist. When I tried to address the peeling filling, she said I must be allergic to the material they use (then why did this only happen to one filling and not the other she did same day???). I did an experiment. I stopped using the night guard for a week. My gums calmed down within a couple of days, though my teeth still hurt pretty bad. Dr. Greenwell refunded me the cost of the night guard. When I tried to ask her why I'm only allergic to one filling and not the other - and why she was trying to blame my body/my hormones, she stopped responding to me altogether. Instead, I received a certified letter that she is terminating the doctor-patient relationship with me. I have since been to another dentist for a second opinion. The crown was indeed so thick that it was causing my lower teeth issues AND shoving two teeth beside it over causing all the pain I'd complained about to Dr. Greenwell for two months. THE NEW DENTIST HAD TO SHAVE DOWN THREE OF MY TEETH SO I COULD BE WITHOUT PAIN. Instead of blaming my hormones and extremely rare allergies to one filling but not the other, Dr. Greenwell should have checked my bite. I wouldn't have been MONTHS in pain. All Dr. Greenwell wanted to focus on was how "pretty" my oversized crown is. And so much for waiting a month for her lab to color match it, it's lighter than every single other tooth I have. It sticks out and makes me ashamed to show my clearly fake tooth. Pretty tooth or not, I didn't spend an excessive amount for a single tooth that isn't functional still. I'll be going back to the dentist who did the second opinion because this crown is not going to stay in my face long. It's already loose (probably due to the ill-fitting night guard that felt like it was shoving my front teeth out of my face) and I've only had it for two months.

Then she talked about how she had her gums replaced and it was not much fun, and how I might need gum replacement if I let my teeth go, all the while looking at the wall as if reading a script.
