Please keep in mind that my mom has 2 parchals, upper and lower, leaving 6 teeth to be cleaned. When we went to pay the bill, the girl charged us $843.00! I was in shock and just paid the bill and left. They want her to have this done every 4 months. That's $3400.00 a year to have 6 teeth cleaned. Granted , she has no dental insurance, but neither do I and my cost is about an 1/8 of this! Absolutely no way is that fair and reasonable! I plan to tell everyone I know about this! They are gouging the senior citizens and maybe everyone else. DON'T GO TO GENTLE AND CARING DESTISTRY OF FREMONT OHIO!

I asked several questions about where it could be coming from and was always told I "must have had a low pain tolerance" or it was "all in my head" - pun not intended. Dr. Stefano took one look at my mouth and diagnosed the problem before I even mentioned the pain. She listened to my concerns and took action to correct my teeth. She even gave me options for a procedure to save money. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and Dr. Stefano.

He explains procedures well, and he is very attuned to the patient's comfort and level of pain. I was awake during my extraction today. After receiving the Novocaine, it took only five minutes! His staff were very helpful in getting me a quick appointment through a cancellation. I recommend this practice very, very highly.
