ASM Junk removal - guys loading up all my junk - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

My father passed away and I was suddenly in charge of everything, including clearing out his home. I loved him but he was extremely irresponsible - no life insurance, no POA, no will, no burial arrangements, etc. At first I was trying to donate items however due to Covid and it being an upstairs unit in a gated community and his place being an hour away from me and certain organizations taking certain things only, etc., I soon realized I would never be finished. I finally requested bunch of Yelp quotes on New Year's Eve and submitted photos. ASM was the first to reply with a quote with a $50 range. Other ranges were too wide like $100-$600 or $500-900 or $300-500. Others wanted to come onsite to do the estimate. I simply didn't have the time or budget. I booked with ASM for two days later, communication was great and they showed up on time. Unfortunately I was told I had way more than was visible in the pictures and that it would cost a hundred more. It was absolutely my fault, I had more pictures that I forgot to send after realizing yelp only allowed five pictures when submitting a request for quotes. I only budgeted $300 for the junk haul so I asked if they could take just the big items and I would do the smaller ones myself and he said yes. In the end, they spent about two hours and filled up two truck loads just to help me out. They really went way above and beyond taking apart furniture, breaking them down, trying to fit as much as possible into their trucks, it was life size Tetris. They were so nice seeing the bind I was in and since they didn't have another job after me, they went out of there way to take as much as possible instead of just doing the agreed upon $300 for the big items only. And this an upstairs unit!!! No words can express how grateful I am for the unexpected kindness given to me. I highly highly recommend ASM!!! read more

These guys are fast and thorough! I'm helping my parents get rid of junk, starting with the backyard. It was filled with lots of random things like furniture and suitcases. I used Yelp yesterday to get bids by sending pictures and ASM came back the quickest and with the most reasonable offer. The backyard looks a lot less junky and now we can actually start properly planning some hardscape and landscape. Thanks ASM! read more

Thank you for you quick response, timely service and great work! If needed I will definitely use your company again!

I reached out to them and got a response almost immediately. They are very affordable and they worked quickly!

Requested a quote from many companies through Yelp and these guys were the best value. The had a better price than all of the other businesses that replied to my quote request. Not only did they have the best rates but they also took care of what I needed in the same day. Had no issues with them whatsoever, joe was running a little behind schedule and he made sure to notify me and keep me updated on when they would arrive. When joe did arrive he got right to work and took care of a problem shed I had. They were quick and back on the road in no time. Would definitely give these guys my business if I need to have anything removed in the future, so definitely go with these guys if you have some stuff you need hauled away that you no longer want or need. You won't be disappointed and neither will your wallet. read more

I was really pleased with ASM Junk Removal. The owner was extremely responsive and courteous when I reached out for an estimate on Yelp. And the price he quoted for remove of a few large cardboard furniture boxes was by far the most reasonable out of five other estimates from local companies. When my scheduled pick-up had to be canceled due to employee illness, the driver worked around my schedule to make the removal happen the very next morning. I would recommend ASM and I'd hire them again! read more

I put a project on Yelp to remove some items from my house and ASM was one of the first 3 to respond and they even included an appointment time with their response so it was super easy to accept. To be honest I accepted because they were the cheapest one and they had great reviews on here and I can say they deserve them. They originally gave me a 2 hour window and upon request I asked to shorten it by 30 minutes because I had to take my son to school and they said no problem. Miguel showed up right on time and had everything gone within minutes and even took an extra broken tv without any additional charge. I highly recommend them for any big or small jobs read more

These guys responded quickly to my request to rEmove a burned up 35 foot RV off of our property. They expertly removed and towed it away, and came back for the rest of the roof and random metal parts destroyed in the fire. They were on time, courteous, professional, and cleared our property of the huge eyesore. We couldn't have asked for a company and workers that were highly motivated to do the job right and to our satisfaction. Would definitely use again if ever needed their services. read more

10/10 would holler again. Super friendly, fast response and can do the job quick. I had a lot of metal scraps -- most were heavy because the place used to be an automotive shop and the previous owner left everything behind. Good thing I found Angels Scrap Metal. Messaged for a quote, replied with the hour, I sent over a few photos of what I wanted picked up and they were here hauling away the next day. They first came on Friday and loaded their truck to the max. They came back twice on Monday -- once in the morning, filled up the truck and came back after lunch to fill the truck up again. All times, they never complained or said they couldn't take anything I asked. Overall, Angels Scrap Metal was a time and resource saver for me. Highly recommend messaging them and using their services. read more

Requested a quote for removing my old couches and dressers and some leftover boxes from moving. Angel came on time and removed my stuff quickly, even though it was messy haha. He did a good job and I would definitely recommend him! I even accidentally placed some stuff I wasn't supposed to throw away there and he helped me carry it back into the house. I would return to him again when my next set of couches dies. read more

It is not often that I need items hauled away. I used Yelp to find a hauling service because looking became exhausting. My aunt is a senior citizen and did not want to spend a lot getting rid of (queen mattress, old flat-screen TV, and an ironing board). Out of all the offers, this was the best and could not be beaten. They arrived in a timely manner and touched basis with me promptly 20 minutes before their arrival time. Miguel and Max, we're friendly and quick. The owner of this establishment kept his word on the flat rate quote. I would highly recommend this service. read more

Highly recommend going with ASM Junk Removal! Angel provided me a quote within 5-10 minutes and came the next day to remove what we needed. Messaged Angel on Saturday for a quote to pickup 1 washing machine, 2 dryers and 2 barbecues. Received a quick response and quote of $50. Our city trash used to pick up bulky items for free and now charge $62 for each item. This was a deal as scrap metal guys don't come to our neighborhood. I was told they could be out on Monday morning. Got a call (Pablo) and said he was almost here. Fast and efficient and a super nice and friendly guy. Loaded all my stuff into his truck and I am left with a nice clean driveway. Thanks guys I will definitely recommend them for their timely service. read more
